I'm an introvert so i dont go out much but by repeating things like "isn't t wonderful that life is so beautiful?/isnt it wonderful that so many amazing things happen to me?" etc pushes me to actually go out more and then more beautiful things happen, i meet new cool people or reconnect with old/new friends, strangers compliment me randomly (i am very self conscious about my hair and last night 2 people randomly complimented me on my hair, it was crazy but i accepted them with a full open heart). ❤
Thank you. A good reminder to stay in gratitude. I sort of got off on a negative spiral today and I realize I have a choice to stop that. So I am.
