हमारे यहां तुअर दाल में बनाते हैं,आटें के पेड़े में तेल लगाकर परांठे /छोटा पराठा/जैसे बनाकर दाल में डालते हैं वो बीच में से खुल जाते हैं दाल में पक कर अच्छें लगते हैं,हम इसे दाल फरे कहते हैं।बरसों से खा रहें हैं,आप भी ट्राय करें। धन्यवाद
