For changing brightness down on the start button you can use if else statment instead of just if
example:
If touching mouse-pointer then
set coulour effect by -20
else
set collor effect by 0 hope this helps

Good Job I was Testing it and I was confused about when the map was moving I had every code correct and the game was where I was jumping and staring at a disgusting spike this tutorial must be in the next level.

Are you saying that the spikes aren’t moving or the player isn’t moving, because the spikes are supposed to be moving and the player just stays there and jumps, the player doesn’t move.
