Hello i have kingsmith x21 , and everything was fine. Today i found out that the top button/ controller of my walking pad , display button changed its language to chinese. I want it back to english! Please help!
Dear customer, I hope the following methods can help you： 1. Press and hold the X21 control button for 3-4 seconds, plug in the safety key（Keep the control button pressed） and enter the engineering mode (when your distance below shows F1, you have successfully entered the engineering mode). 2. After entering the engineering mode, switch the settings by pressing the control button until the calorie panel shows CH, turn the knob a little to the left until the calorie panel shows EN, and after successful switching, press and hold the control switch without releasing it, and after 3 seconds you have successfully switched the language.
