Good video. I was having a difficult time deciding which one to use. I have decided to go with the R1 Pro as I am only going to use it with my standing desk.

I bought R1 pro and I notice that under the belt there is a strange adhesive that makes difficult to close. Is this adhesive normal?

I bought the R2 - the belt on unpacking was hard to the right. I think this has been resolved watching a king smith video. Ready and keen to start using but when I stand on the belt it jams - how do I cure this, don’t want to damage it🥴

Hi, I have a question about their remote control, are those compatible each other? (remote control R1 using to R2 and vice versa). Also if I have C1 remote control could it used to walkingpad R1 or R2?

My R2 has a lots of issues. Not really well made but definitely better than the R1.Also Walking pads’ warranty is ridiculous(one year in UK only).I guess by the fourth/fifth generation of the R model there will be a lots of improvements but they charge £600+ for this ,it’s just mental.SHOULD HALF OF THAT.

    Hi
I have a Walking Pad TRR1F Pro. The problem is that it stops after a few seconds if the body weight of the user is less than 40 kg. Is it possible to adjust or remove the weight sensor, and where can I find it?
I will highly appreciate any help!

Mine broke after two months of usage and customer support was completely useless. I'll post a video shortly. Don't buy it.
