Keep on putting up these great videos Kevin - I have a "new" Office Jet Pro 8135e ....... hard to find info on this - printhead "removal" seems really tricky until this video - I might give it a go.
My first ever printer has been fixed with this method, i was thinking to clean it by something else, but the warm water did the job done without any headaches. Thank you Bilal bro. It was a great and informative video. Can you also tell if we can fill these cartridges after they are used ? and if so a video will be great on this also.
Bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 from Office Max (Floor Model). It first told me that the color cartridges were incompatible. Replaced those 3 with new cartridges, updated the firmware and now it's telling me there is a problem with the supply system and notes the K (Black cartridge) is the problem. I put a brand new one in and it's telling them the same thing. I could see the old one had plenty of ink when I first turned it on. Have removed the printhead several times to see if I could see any issues but alas - no. I don't have an old Epson to pull off a tube to inject water....what else can I use?
Thank you! This should help me out a lot! My paper feed gear broke, and it took my awhile to finally fix it. (Had to take the whole printer apart) By then all the ink was shot. I am about to clean it now. I will let you know if it works here in a minute. Here's one for the Technological Blogger!
I’m letting the head dry out right now. I dried it mostly with q-tips and paper towel. The black wasn’t working at all, but I was able to get a bunch to squirt out.
I tried it and the printer said that one of the ink cartridges wasn’t working and needed to be replaced. It’s the blue one and that was working fine originally. Could there still be water inside? I have a fan on it now, and will try again later.
Why would the blue not work? It says there is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different non-empty, cartridge. It message reappears again, record message and contact support. The problem cartridge is the cyan one. 🤷♂️ it was working fine before I cleaned the clogged black with water.
