Oh my…. The food is very fantastic! If I have a chance to Koh Samui I will go try. The coconut shoot stir fried with minced pork and salt egg yolk is super.

To be honest most times I am afraid to reserve things on the phone in Thailand because they often don't understand English or I don't understand them on the phone .. That's why I miss such experiences. 😞 I don't even want to think about when my taxi from Hua Hin to Bangkok didn't come. I called but it ended in disaster ...

WoW! The food looked delish! @Note: one reason you may not be allergic to the fish could be that the fish are caught fresh from the sea. The ones you had in Calgary may be farm-bred(?).

You two are my new favorite people to watch on RUclips! I live in the United States, and I have bookmarked two places you have talked about (This place and Jay Pan) for my upcoming trip to Thailand and my week long stay on Koh Samui. I would have to take a taxi to this place from Chaweng, any guess as to what it would cost? Last time I was in Koh Samui was March 2020 and COVID was just starting to breakout in the islands, so my 3 month trip was cut down to 3 weeks. While on Samui, I stayed at Ark Bar…..so I was shocked that I saw it on your video all torn down. You both are great and amazing at presenting places of interest in Samui. Thank you very much!

Strange, to me, raw seafood/sushi-yet I love raw oysters only. So those shrimp I would pass too lol. I can’t even enjoy ceviche’, a most beloved and treasured Mexican dish-centuries old😳😝 being a foodie this ‘rubs me raw!’😝😝😝 I always try something at least once and take two bites for confirmation-love it/nope pass. You two enjoy this so much I’m joyful watching, and DROOLING 🤤 maybe add bibs to your merch list 🧐😂😂😂love you both happy trails and safe travels and as always KEEP SHINING 🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻❤️🌎

Blue swimmer crabs are blue but turn red when immersed in hot water. We have blue swimmer crabs in Perth, Australia.

Shrimp Was Bigger Then Flora's Hand ( Love Shrimp ) Big Crab. Love Crab. So Much Yummy Food For That Excellent $$. I Laughed When I Saw A Coke In The Kitchen. Flora's Big Smile After Trying Dish 6 & Then Note. Congrats To Flora For Peeling The Yummy Crab While They Closed In The Bloopers. PS How Did You Get That Bruise??
Note, don’t know how strong the metal forks are there, but if they’re sturdy enough, place one of the tines under the shell (between shell & meat) and push forward to split the shell. Then the meat come out so easy once you peel the shells open. Good crabbing 🦀

He’s actually able to eat a lot more seafood here than in Canada because it’s fresh, no preservatives. It comes in handy because when he gets a reaction then we know the seafood isn’t fresh 😂

FYI to anyone coming this is a buffet so don't eat before you come. and you should probably book the dinner because it's the same price as the lunch but flora and note is absolutely correct if you are in koh samui you definitely need to put this restaurant on your list.
