Great vid. Suggestion: Mark #10 as requiring griffon. #5 you did with griffon, but you can glide to it. #8 there's a ledge where you can spring up and launch to glide to get to chest. 9 can be done with skimmer and launch.

Got the achievement with this vid. Her videos are always highly recommended.
For #20 you can use the path on the left side to get into the keep even when there is not meta atm
was about to say, got it without the meta being active.
Mastery isn't needed for #2, if you have a griffon. Just stand on top of that toppled pillar and fly over.

I don't have a griffon and I did 10 (so no pay to win ;p).
