Spent so much time on Dhuum without a kill, I have experience with it now but when training you effectively start at step one again while others learn. 3 hours wiping then the next week you repeat with a bunch of new people trying for the first time. Maybe one day!

A small tip/note on the editing: if you do the visual location before showing the map then the viewer has to rewind once they get to the map to see the visual location again. Either showing visual, then map/wp, then visual again, or just showing map/wp THEN visual location would be much better for the viewer to follow.
Something that I noticed recently, the balls aren't the only thing that changes when one, two, or three items in this set are equipped. There is an aura around the character that changes colour too. I know it's a little hard to see on an Asura since they're so small (no hate here, I have 15 of them). One item has a bright purple aura with small aqua sparks, two items have a pale purple aura, and all three of them equipped will give your character a white aura. I don't have all three just yet... yet. Just need items for Vision, and a wing 7 clear and more items for Coalescence.
As of the Battle for Lion's Arch (2022) release, access to this instance is no longer possible by simply walking up to the door to be prompted with an enter instance dialogue; instead you will need to have the "Battle for Lion's Arch" chapter of Living World Season 1 active; access is then via the first instance of Connecting the Pieces.
Good point, but to clarify: the instance jihuiz is talking about is Scarlet's Secret Lair, the location of the Bottle of Anguish (Empty). To get this quickly just grab this bottle on a character that has already completed the LWS1 story, then start chapter 5; you do not need to replay the rest of the chapter to open the instance, just have it active. Alternatively, if you have not played through LWS1 before, this is the second instance of that chapter, so you will need to complete one instance before you get the mail unlocking this room to you. Good luck!

Sometimes I question whether or not the convenience of having freely stat-swappable accessories is worth the time, effort, materials, and particle effects. I've only done the first step of this collection, but...whoof. That's a LOT more than I was expecting.
If you wanna get started and are on NA there's a discord group called Raid Academy (RA) that hosts trainings and regular clear runs. Never Raised for years myself but after a little while with them I've cleared all 7 wings
Unlike the other legendary trinkets, the Raiding aspect is what makes me either want to do this last, or just pass on it altogether. Learning the Raids is something I can do, but getting all those kills and finding a good group each time sounds like an absolute nightmare
Coalescence was my last one for those same reasons, I ended up finding a decent group I ran with weekly until we were done so it wasn't too bad. We did the hard bosses once then farmed the easy ones every sunday until done.
@@MuklukRUclips my group has been trying to do Dhuum CM for a while now so I've been doing a full Wing 5 run every week since October. Right now I have 64 divinations, but I also converted quite a few to speed up crafting my legendary armor. All in all I have found Wing 5 to be quite a bit of fun and probably the easiest for our group to clear
Raids are easy once you know the boss, it will take few weeks of training tho. I have not been interested in raiding untill i decided to get legendary armor. It only seems intimidating untill you start to actually doing it. Once you are experienced enough you can clear few wings per day even with pug groups. (btw i raid with pugs, gives you more freedom on when you wanna raid and for how long)
@@emixonalgaert4376 How often do you end up with groups that end up failing though? It only takes one bad/inexperienced player to ruin/slow down a run unfortunately
@@xSkye629x not really the case, if u have enough experienced players the group will kill the boss even if few ppl die, u can see how good or bad the group is after 2-3 attempts, if it really bed just leave and join another one.
By the way, in order to get into The Dark Library, you need to do almost all collection achievements meant for Griffon. I didn't know I would have to spend 250 gold to just access that place.
Yep it surprised me too when I was running around trying to fill the bottles .. .. and I don't think you can use Tp to a friend... you have to have your own instance I'm actually stuck at this step since I never bothered getting the griffon before.
Thanks for this video. I'm currently working on the WvW Hell ring right now, only a month or so to go... After seeing this video, I think I'm going to try the amulet from sPvP first instead since all I need is the bunch of ranked wins. In the meanwhile, I could try getting the incenses and maybe by the time I'm ready I could get back into raiding.
just a note. @4:41 muck states that you have to wait until next week to get the bottle of surprise (empty) if you did not have the 2nd step unlocked when you cleared it. i litteraly just got the precourser ring earlyer today after clearing w6 first before w5, and i was able to come back and get the 2nd part of the collection started.
You can't get it in the same week if you've *opened the chest* without the collection unlocked. You didn't open the chest before unlocking the collection, so you're fine.

One little question. REgarding the bottle of Fear (Filled), is it possible to talk to that NPC in the story, or do you have to actually have access to the Dark Library (and thus, have the griffon mount and 250g less)?
I am a year late, but the wiki says someone else with a griffin mount an access to the instance can help you enter. Just be in a party with them and in the same map, you will get a pop up to enter.

honestly this was the fastest trinket ive got.. comapred to the armor you don't really need to do much in the raid wings just open some boxes.. and mosaics are annoying but hey.. they are not 'henge'.. :D
2:35 you probably need the Ferryman achi unlocked to be able to drop the item, which is from tagging mobs during the bridge escort. I didn't get the Ink cuz i died at the start before being able to hit any mobs. I saw the chest, I could loot the chest, but it had no Ink. Which was sad.
As someone currently 7 resets away from my own Gift of Desert Mastery I FELT that moment at 12:12. (I like Dragon Stand so I've just been trading Crystalline Ore.). I am NEVER making another one of these.
Leaved the game when raids where introduced because of time and toxic people in raids when practicing (they just flame other players or leaved because someone was bad but nobody wanted to kick anyone) sadly I coudn't complete the first ones but i came back 6 months ago and tried to start with the hardest one also trying to get the legendary armor from raid. Since raids where released I played for 1 hour every now and then during the week and guess what, got legendary pvp armor and aurora but since the 6 months I came back I couldn't find any raid group and If so, someone kicked me just because I was too honest and said "hi guys! this is my first time doing a raid but I've seen many guides from youtube, I'll do/try my best". I got the materiales, not the gold but the patience to farm them at least 1 or 2 hours per day but the hardest and sadest thing for me to get this accesory is getting a raid party to complete the achievements. And yes, i watched this guide 6 months ago trying to start with the hardest thing along with the legendary armor achievemente but people got so toxic nowadays, raids doesn't look like pve but a pvp extension at least for me. :/ Thanks for the guide again!! greetings from Peru!

Last week I did Sabir and Adina CMs, and I didn't get the twisted thingies? Do I need to a) do them normal b) if not, contact ANet and figure it out somehow? I would think doing the CMs would give you the drops....
So first to unlock the achievement I need to do wing 5 and then in the same instance open the chest to get the items for the collection? Or I need to do any other raid and then do wing 5? What is the more efficient path I mean if I can do both in wing 5 is better that way
I'll be honest, while the 150 legendary divinations takes time...for me coalescence was the easiest of the 3 collections between aurora, vision, and coal... If you were to ask me "would you rather chalice of tears or fight dhuum" DHUUM IS THE EASY CHOICE. And vision took so many ectos to craft weapon recipes that I'm legit never going to use.... Oh no I needed to kill some end game content bosses a few weeks in a row.... Join raid academy, join some training runs, and if your training doesn't kill the boss, join progression runs. Also iirc you can trade legendary insights for divs. So you only need to kill pof raids once, and then have fun in HoT wings.
I just used the TP to friend to finish chalice of tears lol. Also got lucky and had a lovely mesmer TP me around to get the mursat tokens that were withing the JP. Overall though, yeah I think you're right. Doing bosses>mursat tokens

I'd recommend season of the dragons legendary amulet first. It is the only legendary that you get more gold while working on it instead of losing gold.

The LI -> LD switching does not require the accounts being old, you can also trade LI into LD on completly new accounts to a certain limit. Fake News, sir!
Aye it appears it was changed over time. Here is the wiki article: Legendary Insights can be converted into Legendary Divinations, up to a maximum of 168 per account. Must have completed at least one Path of Fire raid encounter.[verification requested] Originally, the requirement for having this option was stated as having completed one Hall of Chains raid encounter before the release of Mythwright Gambit. However, the conversion was temporarily removed when The Key of Ahdashim was released, before being added back a few weeks later, after which point it seems that any account created before the release of The Key of Ahdashim has the option to convert after killing a PoF raid boss. The exchange is available only at the Aerodrome for some players, not at Glenna in any of the raid wings.
Found this to be way more enjoyable than vision. Way less go here and click that... don’t get why it requires 250 of those funerary things instead of the 100 that vision needs. Kinda wish they would be consistent with something other than the staggering clover and MC cost.

when I record I crank everything to ultra to make it look as nice as possible. When I'm playing I turn down max players rendered, reflections, and shadows, and leave the rest cranked up.
Do all legendaries have stupid glowy graphics that turn your toon into a disco dance floor? Or can i make some alternatives that dont? The legendary jewelry has a checkbox to "display graphic" or not. You can uncheck the box to gain the benefits of the legendary without showing the orb things.

This is the only legendary locked behind raiding aside from one of the armor sets. The weapons don't require raids. One of the 3 armor sets does (the others being pvp and wvw) The other ring, amulets, accessories, and backpacks all do not. The runes and sigils do not.
@@MuklukRUclips Yup i know. I'm kinda frustrated the most about armor. I know there are alternatives (pvp/wvw) but i like the skin of PvE leg armor. Well hopefully in future some other options will open up. Like for example the new legendary from return achievements. Funny that i've played since 2012 and i still never raided. It's hard for pugs to get into it ^^

So first to unlock the achievement I need to do wing 5 and then in the same instance open the chest to get the items for the collection? Or I need to do any other raid and then do wing 5? What is the more efficient path I mean if I can do both in wing 5 is better that way
If I convert my divinations into insights will that count against the 168 account max? Or is it just insights to divinations that has the max?
I have played this game for years, but still no legendary. Literally I just need gift of fortune and I can make like 3 legendarys
I'll be honest, while the 150 legendary divinations takes time...for me coalescence was the easiest of the 3 collections between aurora, vision, and coal... If you were to ask me "would you rather chalice of tears or fight dhuum" DHUUM IS THE EASY CHOICE. And vision took so many ectos to craft weapon recipes that I'm legit never going to use.... Oh no I needed to kill some end game content bosses a few weeks in a row.... Join raid academy, join some training runs, and if your training doesn't kill the boss, join progression runs. Also iirc you can trade legendary insights for divs. So you only need to kill pof raids once, and then have fun in HoT wings.
I just used the TP to friend to finish chalice of tears lol. Also got lucky and had a lovely mesmer TP me around to get the mursat tokens that were withing the JP. Overall though, yeah I think you're right. Doing bosses>mursat tokens

I'd recommend season of the dragons legendary amulet first. It is the only legendary that you get more gold while working on it instead of losing gold.
@@MuklukRUclips it was a really good advice, it allowed me to craft aurora following regalia without trouble. I got my skyscale and i'm almost done with vision now !

Hello, I was a little late lol, between coalescence and vision which is faster and easier to do? vision takes a little more than 1 week, in coalescence do you have an average?
Coalescence requires 150 raid boss kills, so the speed you can do it depends on how many raid bosses you are able to clear each week.
@@MuklukRUclips but you can only get up to 25 LI each week.. even if you run trough all the bosses several times during the same week you still won’t get any extra LI

You can! You can choose to display 0, 1, 2, or all 3 now
The LI -> LD switching does not require the accounts being old, you can also trade LI into LD on completly new accounts to a certain limit. Fake News, sir!

Legendary Insights can be converted into Legendary Divinations, up to a maximum of 168 per account. Must have completed at least one Path of Fire raid encounter.[verification requested]
Originally, the requirement for having this option was stated as having completed one Hall of Chains raid encounter before the release of Mythwright Gambit. However, the conversion was temporarily removed when The Key of Ahdashim was released, before being added back a few weeks later, after which point it seems that any account created before the release of The Key of Ahdashim has the option to convert after killing a PoF raid boss.
The exchange is available only at the Aerodrome for some players, not at Glenna in any of the raid wings.

Found this to be way more enjoyable than vision. Way less go here and click that... don’t get why it requires 250 of those funerary things instead of the 100 that vision needs. Kinda wish they would be consistent with something other than the staggering clover and MC cost.

People says the raiding makes them not want to get this. I want it but the tier 3 visual effect is just awful. Not to mention that it doesn't look good with pvp/wvw trinkets. Fashion wars not floaty balls wars...

The legendary jewelry has a checkbox to "display graphic" or not. You can uncheck the box to gain the benefits of the legendary without showing the orb things.

Dam it.. another legendary locked behind raiding..
This is the only legendary locked behind raiding aside from one of the armor sets.
The weapons don't require raids.
One of the 3 armor sets does (the others being pvp and wvw)
The other ring, amulets, accessories, and backpacks all do not.
The runes and sigils do not.
@@MuklukRUclips Yup i know. I'm kinda frustrated the most about armor. I know there are alternatives (pvp/wvw) but i like the skin of PvE leg armor. Well hopefully in future some other options will open up. Like for example the new legendary from return achievements. Funny that i've played since 2012 and i still never raided. It's hard for pugs to get into it ^^
