You forgot to mention that, for the khan-ur infusion, you can get a recovered charr artifact every single day when you open the khan-ur chest in Grothmar Valley. Just WP to Dalada Forest waypoint, then go up northeast and there should be an entrance in the rocks. Takes you a minute or two to get it, so it's a far better alternative.
You have to have the key pieces for that one though. I also didn't mention the crafting recipe for the Frost infusion. You are absolutely correct but the point of this was just to show metas where you can earn money, with a chance of hitting a jackpot at the same time.
Just to put that 240k gold into perspective, if you were to take the current gems to gold conversion value and figure out the cost in real money its: $12,510.43 USD or £10,633.86 GBP
True story: I've won the lottery twice (as in, scratch-off tickets with prizes in the 4 figures, which is still a lot for a broke bitch like me) but haven't so much as seen someone else win one of these in a single meta I've ever participated in. Methinks Anet's drop rates are somewhat ludicrous.

Depends on the meta, some are per day, some are per meta, I would consult the wiki on the ones you are interested in. Recommended order will depend on when you play, but I can tell you that some occur back to back to one another, such as chak gerrant -> octovine -> deathbranded shatterer

I bought the purple one and it sucks... Lucky the legendary weapons can change now. I'll be selling that junk... Ghostly infusions are great, though.
Actually I'd consider me rich with 4000 G, but for OTC that amount is nothing, haha. Imagine having 30k gold in average
"That's fine because no one else would want to wear it."
SAID BY AN ASURA :DDDDDDDDDDDDDD
(human male main here, not a charr)
Just to put that 240k gold into perspective, if you were to take the current gems to gold conversion value and figure out the cost in real money its: $12,510.43 USD or £10,633.86 GBP
You can earn that in a month if you run 3 or 4 website with good content.
So..Just run all these daily and hope something will drop, and if it doesn't for the next 500 year ill make that gold anyway from the grind?
You made me 2,000 gold! I didn’t know about the vial of liquid Aurillium and I had one.
oh jeez! I had one of those Charged trinket, it makes you look orange. I sold it in the trading post! I was new to the game then. :(
Played all of these 300+ times, with 350% luck, never got shit...
does anyone knows chance for infusion at these meta events can be obtained once a day? or literally every 2 hours? my question is very serious
I'll be honest with you. I've been playing Guild wars 2 for over 11 years now and I have not received a single one of these drops
I think i literally got the charged quartz orichalcum amulet of the exalted a week ago and didnt know about the infusion on it and just recycled it.. god thats kinda stupid of me that already only has 5 gold
I feel like I may or may not have salvaged some of the higher grossing rewards before :s
I...feel like I've salvaged some of this jewelry in the past...
yes... of course... rich... if this shitty infusions will drop at least once
haven't seen a single literally for years!
As of my grand luck I will never get any of these but let's see if fortune lady shines upon me some day....
Bro how does one accumulate 300 000 gold ? No way these dudes don't dupe items or something
I never have that luck xD my account devours every bit of luck like a black hole and you never see it again ^^
I look at these. Infusion looks so great! Can't wait to get one.
20 years later....
Yeah....
wow, i've been doing dragon stand for achievements, didn't know this
I got the frost precursor axe from Battle of the Jade sea Xd 160 G >.
I think i got the festive confetti infusion and deleted it.....
How much fucking gold…..or luck…..do you have
Videos like this are why the game is dead....same old meta so we can all be downs victims doing the same thing with the same face...
i think im learning that the end game of GW2 is just gold farming.... i dont think thats a good model
Are all these items permanent, or just timed atheistic buffs?
why does it feel like I've had one of those items and never realized it.
Muk....didn't they catch Casiano duping and cheating? Didn't he already make Krytan Herald look bad with the infusion showcase?
Yes, but this video was recorded long before that event. My only interaction with Cas was being loaned the infusions for this recording, then they were returned.
I swear I love this game :)
I got the crystal infusion out of totally luck in last year dragon bash event bag, at first i didnt know what the hell was it, then i saw the price at the TP and as i was building AR for my main i thought it was a great idea to plot it in my armour, it is really cool tho, i like it so much in my toon, but i kinda lost 4k in gold really easy lol
Infusions are still tradable after equipping them. You can still sell it (if you wish to do so).
Can you only get the chance at these infusions once a day? Or can you keep repeating these metas all day in a cycle?
Also what order do you recommend doing these starting from Reset?
Depends on the meta, some are per day, some are per meta, I would consult the wiki on the ones you are interested in.
Recommended order will depend on when you play, but I can tell you that some occur back to back to one another, such as chak gerrant -> octovine -> deathbranded shatterer
