I think promoting useful thing is not bad, that's why he is promoting I guess. I Brough Life and health insurance from policy bazaar, it is helpful to compare all the premiums brand easily. I enabled DND option so no person is called me and I peaceful made some reaseasch and brought the policy even I got good offer in health insurance compare to direct purchase from insurance website.

Even property investment in cities in India is highly controlled business where “Mla”s are involved & after the “cut”, it’s not worth the afford & stress on such business. Even in today’s India, it is such a big hustle to hold on your ancestral land & you got fight & spend more money to protect it. India, you got to have influence or friends who knew people of influence to protect your non movable asserts… My humble request is to just buy gold ingots & keep it, not gold “jewelleries” there is a difference. Don’t flaunt your economic progress, just drive the same car & live in same house, the most you can buy lands on the boundary of your land… that is also provided, you knew the owner of that land & even than make sure to inspect the “mulla” pathiram(Root Title/ Deed document)… don’t invest on “common” land even if it made “legal” by local sub-registrar.

As for me, I am just going to watch & keep on saving as it’s just not easy at the present moment so having to buy most daily items in bulk orders by joining with several family units to get our order. Next, try to avoid holidays even though it’s irresistibly difficult with current discount war among travel companies. Just spent money on absolutely necessary items & services. Perhaps somethings are unavoidable like our children’s extracurricular activities & academics enrichment activities.

ஆனால் எனது நண்பர்கள்,, உறவுகள் என பலருக்கும் share market என்றாலே அலர்ஜி தான். தங்கம் அல்லது வீடு, நிலம் என்பது மட்டுமே லட்சியம்.
தற்காலத்தில் வீடு, நிலம் என்பதில் லட்சங்கள், கோடி என அதிகளவு பணம் தேவைப்படும். எதுவாக இருந்தாலும் பணம் சேமிப்பு inflation என அனைத்து வகையான தகவல்களை அறிந்து கொண்டு யோசித்து செயல் பட வேண்டும். சேமிப்பு பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வு மக்களிடையே கொண்டு சேர்ப்பது மிகவும் அவசியம்.

Tds is not applicable if u give form 15g or 15h bro its not educated to public but it doesn't mean FD is deducting tax and if u get interest from FD upto 10k u can show that as deduction in IT filing

Fixed deposit also has risk which was not highlighted in this video. If bank goes bankrupt, we get only 5 lakhs irrespective of how much we put in FD and how many FDs. DICGC gives that 5Lakh coverage but it doesn't apply for all banks. Request Tamil Pokkisham to go over this detail as people in India lost money in the past.
