I can add some background to David Ward - I met David in November 2011. I worked with him to grow his own UK business. I am writing to say that Dave was a kind and caring individual with a mind that was open to all possibilities - Dave Ward was a nice guy.
He sure sounds like he cared about people in general.
Did he die of natural causes.

You have a better start than most.
You have a world view of immiediate history that functioned without the tyranny. That is valued judgement. You can build on it. Lots of people, young particularly have been duped by TV and movies along with merchandising. They have been deliberatley distracted from their heritage.

Right enough, I can remember the times when it was normal. You know, people working for companies that had bosses they knew or complaints departmentments staffed by humans instead of AI machines called Sharon, bobbies on the beat, post offices with sub-postmasters behind counters, cash transactions passed between flesh and blood hands, postmen who knew you by name, local vicars who came round to consol you when your wife died, we have lost so much and I yearn for those days of humanity. I do feel sorry for youngsters who have never known what community means. Is this our future or can we retake what it means to be a society I wonder?

Actually I am happy my cats are chipped. They "have to be" in Australia. (Ok Ok...) I rescued a cat from a busy road once in rush hour at night. Cat had been hit, not badly, but was stunned and panicking in the headlights and unable to dodge oncoming cars. I ran into the road at a gap in the traffic, held up my hands "stop stop", traffic slowed. I grabbed the cat and took it to emergency 24hr hospital other side of Sydney. It was not my property so could not get any details as to whose it was or how it was faring just that it was alive and taken care of. I had left my phone number and email. A couple days later I get a call, man couldn't thank me enough. Vet had swiped the chip and called the number on it, it was his daughter's cat. She had moved to Melbourne and they hadn't changed the chip contact number. She rang her Dad and he was able to retrieve the cat once it was well enough. If that cat hadn't been chipped and I hadn't taken it to a vet it would have died on that road and owner would never have known what happened to it. It had wandered quite a way from home. If your pet is chipped and becomes lost or injured you have a much better chance of finding it and having it returned to you. Dogs and cats here in Australia are chipped and I think ferrets and rabbits too. Anything that can "escape".
Having said that I think the 500 pound fine "they" want to introduce for not chipping your pet is wrong. What is "their" loss or inconvenience for YOUR animal.not being chipped? It doesn't make sense. People should stop fretting about it being a step towards getting humans chipped. You're all carrying around a phone, your car's probably got GPS and you've got more facial recognition security cameras than almost any other country.

Just received a PCN for parking at a local coffeeshop who have an electronic keyboard to input reg for free parking. I did that, but have received camera images of my arrival and departure, along with a demand for £60. The banditry in Britain is utterly vile. I am now looking through the David Ward affadavit and seeing how this could be applied to a private organisation that exists to mug the public.
As a matter of interest, a camera is not a witness and can't prove it was your car...end of.
My friend was clampt. He put super glue in the lock. He called to have it removed. When they came, they couldn't get the clamp off. He charged them £50 an hour for wasting his time. Maybe if these free meters, that you was using, had some glue in them. Then they wouldn't work at all. Just a thought.

I have held the origional gold embossed documents of this. David Ward was a friend and neighbour of mine, he sat and explained it all to me in detail when it was first written up.I was also present on the day of his fraudulent eviction. There is a video of it online somewhere, i will see if i can find it and put a link on here.

The latest trick the OPP do in Ontario is to ask you to get out of your car, so they can talk to you. They cuff you and lock you in the back of their car. Now they have an abandoned vehicle on the side of the road because it is not locked. They call a tow and once your car is gone, they let you go and leave you on the side of the road and leave. Now you have to pay their extortion fees to get your property back or you lose it.

I asked to be removed from the electoral register a couple of years ago (I’m in Fife, Scotland), I was told I wasn’t able to be removed. How is that lawful?
@@Eph.6_10-20 You were not told this or you have misunderstood. If you do not register to vote you will not appear on the register - there is no advantage to not registering to vote it does not affect you legally in any way.
@@StudentDad-mc3pu you are wrong. I WAS told this. I emailed Fife Council and asked to be removed from the register, they told me I couldn’t be removed from it and told just not to vote instead. Don’t tell me what I was told and wasn’t. I may even still have the email they said this on.

Kirsty is a legend. We haven't had a lawful system since 1954. The judiciary only has the 'colour' of law. Judges are not judges, they're doing business as judges - massive difference. I'm having a ding dong with British Gas(tapo) or rather their solicitors regarding an unpaid debt. I finished paying it off this morning but, lo and behold, they have thrown another £57 onto my balance. I have no idea what this figure is and have had no explanation. I am refusing to pay it. Can I throw this affidavit at them?
I had a similar situation with Ovo last year and wish I had known about this then . I can only see a facebook group though . I wonder if this group has another platform as well as I have had probs with Virgin Media since the Ovo fiasco . I hope we all manage to put an end to all these fraudulent goings on .
I had a issue with British gas two years ago when they illgally took over my account, took them to the ombudsman. I won & was awarded £600 compensation & lots of credit in my gas account, as they tried to take me too court over an estimated gas bill, the bill was over estimated so now cannot charge me for gas until I reach that figure they invented. Lol

Hmm. I made a small claim against them a few years ago. About £70. Got judgement in default. Instructed bailiffs to their HQ. They said debt was uncollectable. HMCTS duplicity subsequently alleging the debt amount had been recovered. BG solicitors then had the case stopped. Wrote to me dictating I withdraw my claim or they would do it for me. Fresh hearing was arranged where County court did it's job as gatekeeper for establishment big business.

The councle took £91 off me because i went 2 miles over speed limit .then loocked me out the course i hade to do then charged me 45ponds to do it again .im a 70year old pensioner. I had to go with out food for nearly a week
