What.... no low flying aircraft for background audio 'ambience' in the outdoor portion of your review? At first I thought something was missing from your review so I watched it again and realized the omission. Regardless of what airgun you are shooting, your accuracy never ceases to amaze me.
Just a quick update about my jamming issue. I ran almost three clips through it at a steady pace With almost 0 issues. I would say that my issues I was having when I just received the pistol was user Error. If people are having some issues loading the pistol clip. The easiest way to do it is just to place the Bb on the rail. And then slide it into the BB receiver. You do this by turning the clip upside down. It's one at a time, but it works For fat Fingers lol I also purchased some glow in the dark site paint, green, It's awesome!
Hello, really like all your reviews! Have a question; what is the most powerful CO2 Blowback pistol you have ever tested? I would really like your opinion! Thanx!
It deserves a 'MilSpec' rating. I have not seen a BB gun with that accuracy and with such a small deviation in power from shot to shot . I think this is going to cost me some money again.
And another awesome 1911 review. Thanks JC! These are way sweet airpistols. I'm personally also a huge KWC fan. I just love the BB pistols by KWC. I never though really gotten to care much about the 2x6rd non-blowvack pellet 1911s that KWC made. As a next 1911 I'd love to get the Sig Sauer Emperor Scorpion.. Dude....I got an Emperor Scorpion a few weeks ago. It's fantastic. Maybe I should talk to JC about reviewing one? Hey JC I'd be willing to ship you mine at my cost? You have my email already...let me know. :)
Thanks again for another informative review JC. I apologize for the late comment. Does anyone make a 1911 besides KWC? I recently got a Sig Sauer Emperor Scorpion and it has some of the best fit and finish I've seen on an action pistol . It's of course another KWC made platform but it can be completely torn down like a 1911. I am more and more impressed at how accurate a smooth bore BB gun can be. Take care JC and have a good week!
Hey Buddy, there are several 1911 models out there but KWC has the most realistic foundation out there. Most of the airgun manufacturers realize that so instead of reinventing a new concept they add their cosmetics to that foundation. I have a few more that I will share and several others that are unique. Realistically, there are really only a few 1911 foundations, KWC being the most popular and realistic. I haven't looked at the Sig Scorpion but it looks like another using the KWC frame. The Spartan is a different foundation which is more of a partial blowback and has the same structure as the Winchester 1911 those are made in Japan. The KWC comes out of Taiwan. I appreciate you tuning in as always 👍

Hi JC. Nice gun, but I'm not ready to risk, as you said, "getting the luck of the draw". I've gotten several pistols that did not have adjustable sights and no rail, that were up to 6 inches off center at 30 ft. These guns are just made too quickly. And that's ok, I mean how much does a real 1911 cost ? But if they would only spend a few more cents on a rear adjustable sight ! This 1911 doesn't have an accessory rail either, so not for me. JC I love your show, I've seen all episodes, I'm sure that you've mentioned this sight problem to manufacturers already. Thank you !
If I get a pistol that is really bad, as far as point of aim, or anything else, I send it back as defective and request another. I appreciate you tuning in and thank you for leaving comments.👍

That sure is a great looking 1911, isn't it? I just looked it up on a few dealers here in Canada, and guess what,... they are all sold out. I will buy one when they're back in stock. My dislikes, that white warning , and the fact that it's not in a .177 pellet version, with rifled barrel. ( but hey, I do like shooting pellets more than BB's. )
I will do a video to show you how to customize these, including getting rid of the white writing, as well as fitting real 1911 grips, and completely field striping these models.

Beautiful gun,but don’t have $200 CDN pesos for this one,I spent it on H&K USP,,but one day I’ll get it for my collection.Sorry about your Mom and you have good memories of her,God Bless…
Had this issue, the follower sometimes rocks around inside the gun and sticks out just enough to get itself stuck inside the gun. First disassemble your magazine, there are two screws holding down a panel at the bottom of your magazine. Once you get the panel off, pull out the spring carefully. Lock the slide of the gun back. You should see your magazine inside the gun, and should also see the magazine rib, where the bbs come out from and get chambered by the gun. Make sure there are no bbs inside the magazine. If there are, use a small screwdriver to push them out or cycle the slide and aim the gun upside down with the barrel facing the floor. Now, take your small screw driver, and stick it down into the magazine rib hole. You may need a long slim screw driver. If your screw driver stops falling on the way down into the magazine, you found the follower. Keep pushing the follower down until you free it.
I can't figure out for the life of me why they make such beautiful replicas and waste them for smooth barrel BB guns. I would love to have one that nice that shoots pellets.
The BB's are a much easier process for the magazine and semi-auto loading. The issues with pellets are the magazines. They really don't have any blowback 1911 pellet pistols on the market today. I have ideas for one but it would have to be designed from the ground up.
I have one of these. It's decent for what it is, and what it cost. Nothing spectacular about it. I got it because I can no longer afford to shoot my real 1911 due to the insane cost of ammo. However, that brings up what I consider to be the main negative of this gun, and that is the cost to shoot it. This is NOT the best gun for actual target shooting or plinking. The blowback action does give you a more realistic experience, but it wastes enormous amounts of CO2. If actual shooting is what you want, then get a non blowback gun. You will get WAY more shots from a CO2 cartridge. I do enjoy shooting this gun, but, just like my real 1911, I can't afford to shoot it that much. I am currently looking for a non blowback pistol for actual target shooting. Without the blowback action, you should be able to get around 100 useable shots out of one cartridge.
Look at the Glock 19 Gen 3. Non blowback, and folks are reporting getting up to 150 shots per co2. Yep ! 150 shots ! Well made in terms of manufacture, and authenticity to the real steel
@@AirgunDetectives Thanks for the answer. I bought one today, hope it will work well. I also hope the cast alloy has better quality than the Umarex pistols. I have had 2 Umarex P38s and also 2 Lugers. They all broke...Have a nice day!

Is the back grip safety functional?
Yes.. The back strap safety works just like the real deal. These are the most authentic replicas out of all the 1911s.
@@AirgunDetectives very awesome
Great Review AGD, My Son Wants The John Wayne Version But I'd Rather Do The Springfield. In His Words "Because It Looks Used / Old".
AGD - I Need Your Advice As Well A Dad's View. 😁☕👍
Thank You - Keep Up The Great Work. 💪
The John Wayne version is the exact same KWC foundation and the performance will be similar. The magazines are even interchangeable. On the Friday before Christmas I will have my final 1911 series video. Happy Shooting 👍🏻
@@AirgunDetectives Hey AGD Thanks For The Heads Up And My Boys JW 1911 Should Have Arrived By The Time I Get Home. 💪
Darn But He Already Knows, I Actually Wanted Him To Sway More To A .22. 🤭
Thank You And Happy Holidays To You And Your Family.
@@AirgunDetectives I`ll look forward then, to this one too.
Is the magazine made of metal or plastic?
All metal..👍🏻
I wonder how big your armoury of air guns is
How do you compare this piece to rest of 1911 series ? Maybe make top 5 video 😊 Would be interesting
Look at the "5-Star" Playlist on my Channel.
I just bought a sig 1911 took it back it was 300 fps would not penetrate a can that u said is 320 so it's junk also I want a semi auto with at least 500 fps can u recommend something please not for training personal defense thank you.
I got a question the mag for mine won’t come out what do I do
You did not Discuss the other safety feature on the back of the gun will not shoot if you don't push that
Beautiful gun,but don’t have $200 CDN pesos for this one,I spent it on H&K USP,,but one day I’ll get it for my collection.Sorry about your Mom and you have good memories of her,God Bless…
Have one and i love it....nice vidéo!!oh and don't worry b'out your old eyes...i,m 57 years old.. like your videos!❤
Pauly...Thanks for tuning in!👍
I can't remove the magazine from my gun, does anyone know if something can be done or should I call technical service?
@@AirgunDetectives I can't see why they couldn't make an 8x8 16 round rotary mag like Sig, Gamo etc use. 🤔
Please how do you remove the white lettering and ruin the finish please
I will have a video in this "1911 Series" that will cover that...just #staytunedforairgundetectives 👍🏻
The S and F on the thumb safety are a deal breaker for me.
Where can I get CO2 seals
Great Question...I have been looking for them recently. If I find some, I will let you know.
Is this made of real steel, or is it pot-metal? Every BB pistol I owned made off pot-metal has broken. If this has real steel I might buy it.
These are a cast alloy. But they are extremely well built and I have many of these KWC based models absolutely no issues.👍🏻
@@AirgunDetectives Thanks for the answer. I bought one today, hope it will work well. I also hope the cast alloy has better quality than the Umarex pistols. I have had 2 Umarex P38s and also 2 Lugers. They all broke...Have a nice day!
@@AirgunDetectives Can you put real steel 1911 accessories on it? Like RMR plates etc.
I heard Justin Trudeau is trying to ban these in Canada, cause they can be covnerted to a working .22 with the kit
I can assure you they can't be converted.
