+BoMwarriorVlog LANGuardian does not need to be installed on every computer. You just need to install it as a virtual or physical server and hook it up to a SPAN or mirror port. When it comes to wireless traffic you could monitor the access points where they connect back to physical switches or just monitor the Internet connection where most of the interesting traffic associated with the wireless devices will be picked up
I can't get this to work, I tried mounting the image with poweriso and it just opened it. I tried burning the iso to a disk then loading it and windows just ask me if I want to open the folder. Try loading the disk through computer and still just opens it. Never used .ova before so I don't even know where to begin, but I'm pretty savvy at this stuff and just can't figure it out.
We have 28 sites around the world, so is it possible to place this in head office then monitoring for whole sites ? does it cause any slow traffic during monitoring ? Thanks

Sorry, LANGuardian does not run on Windows and is not designed for personal use. It includes its own OS which is installed during a Wizard install process and is designed for work environments.

Just incase you didnt know that. 1 router with a possible switch that connects several computers in the house either via cat5 or 6 connections or Wi-Fi devices with a the least 4 devices. such as laptops, cell phones and tablets..... just incase you missed that part. someone in the house might be getting the main account holder in trouble with the ISP, such as downloading or watching illegal movies or such. and the parents might be threaten to have their ISP service shut down. - HENCE maybe the reason why this man is asking for this software. AGAIN, a HOME is actually a network, just FYI. He might be asking one of his kids who is getting the network into trouble and everyone immediately turns into astrologers responding that they dont know. SO if this man installs this software in his network, he can find out who has been nawty........ Get It Now.....?? So I would think your reply should be changed. - AGAIN - A Network is a network. does not matter where the network is, its still a network. .

It does not need Windows as it has its own operating system and database included in the download. You can monitor all versions of Windows clients with this software
