How do I know my USER ID and Password for my BSNL BB Connection? the USER ID and Password for my modem/router config is same as my USER ID and Password for Logging In into bsnl data usage check website ???

BSNL user ids are usually the subscribers initials(your initials) followed by your regional code and telephone number and the password is password... thats right most of us are easy pickings unless youve already changed it... if so call customer care.
