Hahah, thanks :) Yeah, the only big difference is RUclips doesn't promote us like other channels so views are down, but such is life on RUclips for most cocktail channels.

Is it equal parts water and honey for the syrup?
sure! :) I usually put syrup in a glass and add water slowly until it's "usable" as a syrup (vs the molasses state of honey).
