Recently I had the pleasure of working with a like minded tool enthusiasts and he had a interesting pair of cross cut pliers. Taunoda pw dp 200tg it's available to import from az jp. We cut some 0/1 like cable like nothing comparable to marvels. Thr grip was comfortable for sure reminiscent of thoes engineer needle nose. I was impressed immediately ordered a pair just a heads up. At 36ish dollars it's standard made in Japan cost. They have a hard wire cutter on the back that had no issue cutting a insulation rod that's lightly hardened spring steel. In case you wanted another option good stuff 👍. Electrical tuber a Japanese channel has a video if you want to check them out.

I know them because they make flush cut mini pliers that are rounded at the bottom for zip ties. I had a job with 1000s of zip ties plus old ones in tight places that couldn't be replaced easily. I wasn't gonna get sliced to bits over 17 dollar zip tie flush cutters. Looking forward to the next video

I think he was trying to type Tsunoda*. They are a Japanese brand as im sure you know, that make affordable but very high-quality tools for the Japanese, German, and North American markets. I love their tools and own more than I could count.

Forgive the auto correct or copy and paste directly on az jp but yes that's the brand. Glad there's more fans of Japanese tools it's amazing the quality they can make for the money and it dosent go to China!

I have the engineer version of these and mine were a letdown for a crosscut pliers. Az japan was were I ordered them from they were stiff and when I saw made in Taiwan I had to set my expectations but there not the quality I was wanting like a Japanese brand. Kurokin or marvel crosscuts are the ones you want to look into they replaced my regular linemans. Kurokin is a fancy model of fujiya black and gold color but it's toyota/lexus of there lines worth the extra money. Kurokin also has a pair of flush cut diagonals that are better than any knipex or kleins I've ever owned. Marvels crosscuts have a love it or hate it grip but it cuts thick cable like butter nothing like it. My engineer cross cuts have been relegated to the car emergency kit just not as good as other options. Thoes other pliers I said commonly cam be had for the 30 dollar range on az jp or us az and the engineer equivalent ones I got on az jp for 8 dollars plus a few for shipping under 15 all said and done. I never got the vampliers brand because engineer was wildly cheaper for the same thing. Japanese pliers are kinda a rabbit hole you will get sucked in with the quality one of the only places can that compete with them German knipex. Forgive me if I haven't noticed no vessel ball electric screwdriver yet? If so get the Japanese 3 speed one.

I am a huge vessel guy got all the vessel balls electric and non. I will do a video on them soon. I do an Amazon Japan tool haul about once every 6 months. I normally get my vessel there I love the 3 speed I put the Klein flip socket on mine. I will have to look into all the one you mentioned. I like these Vampliers so far however haven’t used them in the field yet.

Good the more you order the cheaper the shipping. I'm 3 ball electric screwdrivers In us slow jp 3sp and blue special edition jp 3sp. Every bag has one in it if it's appropriate. If you want to see more on the marvels addicted to tools has great content on them there almost mandatory over there for strippers. I did do the mode did with the grips instead of hard plastic I put on a dipped grip and love them more. Fyi it's easy to do you can even salvage a comfort grip from another pliers but they cut that well for me to put that effort in.

Glad you like vessel so much they don't male a bad product I've veer had. If you liked the impact screwdriver they had with the regular handle (non ball) they just came out with a ball version with a spring manual impact that quite good 👍. Vessel 238HW-2 and is worth putting into az jp order.

Fyi if you looking for a bit holder that goes jis to us chuck for your vessel ball electric screwdriver (yours is Japanese) engineer dr-22 will work. Also Tone 2BHA-065 is slim and goes into 13mm jis but only holds us 9mm bits it's perfect for us short bits in the vessel electric screwdriver.
