I hope everyone is staying uplifted, loving freely and being kind to yourselves. This vlog was created Mid-September and for the last year God has been shifting me and my life tremendously.
This is the first vlog where it all starts to show publicly... you can see the physical changes, emotional changes, spiritual changes and all.
My goal during this shifting season in my life, I want to make sure I express to you my authentic self, reality of life and I do not want you to just SEE my elevation..but I want us to GROW TOGETHER.
That's want I would like for my vlogs to show..
So, I pray you all find a blessing/lesson out of this vlog.
As I continue to let God use me for my calling, I will continue to be my authentic self ..not perfect but AUTHENTIC.

I subscribed to your channel about 2 weeks ago because I was trying to find a way to lose a little weight and was looking for a healthier way to prepare my food and I came across your channel. I was watching this video on yesterday December 17, 2023. You are on your way from Florida to Dallas to a conference. Well at the clip 18:11 you were welcomed in and signed in by a lady in white top and blue jeans; that was my sister Tonisha Adkinson; she was signing you in at the conference. I was like what a coincidence; because I am from Dallas Texas, but now live in Illinois. That was not the reason that I was watching this particular video. I was just catching up on your videos. Who would have thought that I would have randomly seen my sister in your video, lol. I immediately called her up to go watch that video. She was shocked.
