Done and dusted Daniel. Everytime i wait and anticipatingly wonder what are you going to do next and everytime you surprise me and everytime i love the workouts. Totally felt the core engagement! Targeted upper,lower abs and obliques. Snuck some lower back on those hyperextensions and a little touch of cardio as well. Loved that there was some unilateral work too. Love the content as always. Where do you get your fresh pair of kicks and those awesome pants??? Love you Daniel. See you at the next workout.
