    When I completed this workout, I doubled checked the length of the video to see if indeed was 17minutes... It went very fast. It really helps to not repeat exercises, to avoid some boredom. Thank you, great series!

    Woah okay, after that 18 minutes ruthless ab routine i managed to hop on this one cause it's weighted and GOD DAMN IT. This is the challenge that i had been looking for. Thanks dan! Your workouts does wonders!!

      Yes, me too! When I was doing the prayer sit ups the other day I realized “hey, my abs are tightening and lifting me up, I’m not just going thru the motion”

    I’m a very fit person. I only say this bc I ONLY use TiffxDan videos. I’ve seen them all and these are by far the best on RUclips. Great intensity and I feel as though I go through the struggles with Dan.

    I’ve been doing workouts with Caroline Girvan on yt for the past 3 years, especially her abs workouts. I just discovered this one by chance and gave it a go. Quite similar to Caroline’s so I managed it quite well. Thanks for the change though!

    When is the rest day? Abs never get a chance to heal in 2 weeks? Some days have the same movements as the day prior and are sore already...are we meant to skip a day to rest or just push through it?
