When I completed this workout, I doubled checked the length of the video to see if indeed was 17minutes... It went very fast. It really helps to not repeat exercises, to avoid some boredom. Thank you, great series!

Yes, me too! When I was doing the prayer sit ups the other day I realized “hey, my abs are tightening and lifting me up, I’m not just going thru the motion”

Can anyone pinpoint for me the shoulder muscles used to lift the weight at 2:20 , during the single arm toe reach?
Because my shoulder was struggling to even lift the weight off!
Question: do y’all happen to have a an workout for someone with bad shoulders? If so COOL! If not, I’ll keep improvising!! 👍👊🇺🇸
When is the rest day? Abs never get a chance to heal in 2 weeks? Some days have the same movements as the day prior and are sore already...are we meant to skip a day to rest or just push through it?
