Recently when I stand my heart rate goes from about 70 to about 100-110 especially in the evening while my blood preassure remains normal (around 110/70). Ive also been experiencing short term memory loss, light headedness when standing, palpitations and slight chest pain but not many other symptoms. Is it possible I have pots? Thank you & God bless (also im a 185lb 30 yr old 6ft male)
