Flood analysis using ENVI and Arcgis pro over SAR

Many of you have asked how to perform flood analysis using SAR data if you're working with ArcGIS Pro version 2.9, which lacks SAR capabilities, but have access to ENVI SARscape. In response, this video revisits one of my earlier lectures where I demonstrate a step-by-step process for analyzing Sentinel-1 SAR data in ENVI SARscape and then transferring it to ArcGIS Pro to extract the flooded areas.
