I know you don't have to but if you ever do one of these again can you chuck a lumens meter next to the par meter just to see what sort of number are on screen,
These results tell me the greatest benefit from these would be from having them closer wall to wall coverage, high light even in the corners id stick to 30cm above

I personally think that the FC is better bc it has the good 301b diodes the FCE uses BridgeLux diodes...but both are awesome lights though...

You need to move the fce 6500 into its other position and take those readings that's where the bars at the ends are closer together

Iam subscribed to his channel i seen the videos but He hasn't tested the new 1 they released i know because i got 1 of only 5 prototype s and they just made these like a month ago the fc he tested was the old 1, i mentioned in the video that the old fc6500 wasent as good but this new updated 1 is a tinny bit better
I did try 👊 my guy but , U cant really do that because the fce is a bigger light physically i was trying to replicate the light but when i was testing i found out that fc 6500 is actually smaller so i just went with equal on the fce

Look fwd to seeing these lights in a grow-off! Based on ur explanation I would bet the FC is better in veg and the FCE will have more resinous and possibly denser flower!

I know this is a older post but I have the fce6500 am in week after flip how high should I have the percentage of the light turned up to would 16 inches at 100 percent be ok or lower percent thanks beautiful plants as always

Ive used both side by side the fc-6500 gave me about 10% more yeild 👊
Mars Hydro FC-6500 vs FC-E6500 looks like both give the same result.Samsung LM301B chips must be the cost difference. If the FC-E6500 BridgeLux chips last 5 years it looks like the best buy..
They are both really good lights personally i like the fc 6500 better but that just cause its better for filming lol👊 , u got it correct my friend the cost is corralled with the chips 💯

So, for the money, what's the best light to put in the Mars Hydro 27" x 27" tent ? I have 2 Viparspectra xs1500's now, but wondering if the bar type fixtures are like Way better ? Thanks for Your time Sir
Personally i cant wait till i upgrade my other 2x2 with a fc style light for the even amout of light distribution i have the vipraspectra p1500 and it like all pannel lights is strong in the middle but then fade out towards the edges which is missed out bud in my mind that y currently i have the tsw2000 turned to 60% because it covers the whole tent with even light distribution because its physically as big as the tent lol 👊

Best light for a 2x2 is a migro 2. Hands down. If you have the cash.

Yes , bot will fit . The size is 1.15x1.16 m
you dont need this big lamp in your tent here we use the fc 3000 and get 700g dry weed out of that, so actually you have to get double amount, let me know how much you get out !!!

It has 2800-3000k leds and 4800-5000k leds
@@2x2grower I red that. But from experience u will have to supliment with nitrogen even in the flowering stage. Do u atleast know how much 2800-3000 and how much 4800-5000k diodes?
