As far as I know, Dialogflow is not free, except for a trial, and GPT definitely can learn. If there is a way to use Dialogflow for free, please provide info on that, some links...

Dialogflow ES is free to a limit. Nearly every businesses that uses Janis doesn't reach that limit so Dialogflow is free for them. That's because Dialogflow/Google targets enterprise customers, while Janis serves SMEs with the same technology.
