I think that’s not possible with this integration only. But in a few weeks I will release a video that will allow you to create a Custom AI chatbot with Manychat that is trained on your own data (website, PDFs and more)

You can do that by adding something to the message, for example "pretend you are a support agent for company X with these pricing plans, these programs etc"

What you can is before you send the prompt to OpenAI is perform a condition and check whether the prompt contains “recipe”. If it does, you send it to OpenAI. If it doesn’t you do something else

Hey there, thanks! There are two options for this: 1. Create an integration with a database. Then, in the database, you need to store the history of the entire conversation. This is a technical integration, so if you don't have any experience with integrations, I wouldn't recommend it 2. Go with a tool that has this capability built-in, such as CustomGPT (chatimize.com/customgpt/)

Yes, you can. Just add another message block after the Open AI response that asks “do you want to do another?” add a button to that message. Then, attach that button to the first message block and that will restart the flow.
You can do it by adding information in Make. So you can add standard information by filling in some text. And then add the prompt at the end coming from Manychat
When i test the first manychat connection asking what's the currency of Italy, in make I don't get a checkmark on the manychat circle. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Not sure if the program is different now but i only get the action option for trigger make, not trigger intergromat.

Hey Alaric! Did you check if the data is sent to Make? You can check this in Make by going to your scenario and clicking on History. Then, you can see all the data of each and every run of the scenario.
I think you need to break up the answers inside Make then. I think you can use the built-in function "substring" inside Make. Here is some documentation on that: www.integromat.com/en/help/string-functions

Hey Martin! You can add this as a backup to your default reply flow, because this is the flow that triggers when your chatbot does not understand a question. Moreover, I do not have videos on those integrations, but I use these for my own business.

I would recommend directly connecting Manychat to your booking system instead of using OpenAI for this. Just ask the questions you need and then send the data to your booking system via an integration.
Cool, but what about context? OpenAI can not make difference between messages from different users. If user send first message and then the second message to specify something, OpenAI will not understand the second message properly. Is there a workaround?
Good question! In my video, I share a simple connection with OpenAI that just serves a simple question-answer pattern. If you want OpenAI to understand context (more advanced), you can use the following: 1. Here is the pattern that you can use in OpenAI: beta.openai.com/playground/p/default-chat 2. You need some way to store the data of the complete conversation. If you want this, I think Make is not advanced enough and you need a database to store this information.

This is possible, but you need to create a more advanced integration. What you could try is to store all the messages inside a Datastore in Make. Then instead of only sending one message, you can send the entire conversation to OpenAI.

Great video, No problem following along. I did have an issue only because my free trial ran out with OpenAI. So I am looking to use OpenAI as a chatbot to answer questions about my business and direct them to my website. I may want the bot to schedule income clients but that can be pushed further in the workflow. I manually entered prompts into chatgpt so it had a good background on my business and what our requirements were. When leads can to messenger I would manually take their message and put it into chatGPT and generate the response and I was very happy with how it dealt with leads. Now I am trying to just automate it. Any help would be appreciated.
I think the main thing with OpenAI is that you cannot 100% train it on the responses you want, so I would always be careful with using it as a lead generator for your business. But if the responses are good and it is working to your needs, I would just use the paid version and go along. What kind of business do you have?

Hey Leo! It is not possible out of the box, but you can definitely create an integration using Zapier/Integromat. Then, you need to connect your Facebook Lead Campaign and once you get a new lead, you need to send that data to Manychat via Make/Zapier.

Unfortunately, this is not possible (as far as I know). You need another platform for that, such as Dialogflow (have lots of videos on my channel about that).
Okay I did it. It worked fine for first time but after that it is not working , for example my first question was Who is prime minister of Pakistan, it answer but then I ask another question what is capital of America. now the bot doesn't response back. why???

You can set a custom field of type number inside ManyChat. Every time the bot gives a response, you add 1 to that field. Then, you should add a condition that if that field = 3, you stop with replying.

The first 1,000 actions per month are free with Make. And this automation takes up 2 actions whenever its run. So you can use this automation 500 times per month for free. If you go above that, you need to take a paid plan, which costs only around $10 per month and gives you 10,000 operations per month.
I would advise to change your title as you are not connecting to ChatGPT but GPT3, two totally different AI models. Otherwise the title is more present for clickbait rather than actual facts. ChatGPT does not have API access so not possible to connect to it

Yes, it's now called Make (formerly called Integromat). You can use the "Trigger Make" action instead of the Integromat one.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with OpenAI. That’s one of the disadvantages of OpenAI, you have no control over its response.

Great video, No problem following along. I did have an issue only because my free trial ran out with OpenAI. So I am looking to use OpenAI as a chatbot to answer questions about my business and direct them to my website. I may want the bot to schedule income clients but that can be pushed further in the workflow. I manually entered prompts into chatgpt so it had a good background on my business and what our requirements were. When leads can to messenger I would manually take their message and put it into chatGPT and generate the response and I was very happy with how it dealt with leads. Now I am trying to just automate it. Any help would be appreciated.
I think the main thing with OpenAI is that you cannot 100% train it on the responses you want, so I would always be careful with using it as a lead generator for your business.
But if the responses are good and it is working to your needs, I would just use the paid version and go along.

@@chatimize I have a funding and credit repair business. All I had to do was tell it our funding requirements and some basic information about our company and it handled leads superbly. You mention that you can't train it 100%, but that means you can train it on responses? Am I trying to use chatgpt where another solution will be better? I appreciate the quick reply.

Hey Leo! It is not possible out of the box, but you can definitely create an integration using Zapier/Integromat. Then, you need to connect your Facebook Lead Campaign and once you get a new lead, you need to send that data to Manychat via Make/Zapier.

I looked in the message log inside Make, and it is sending the reply, but Manychat is not sending the message.

@@chatimize I discovered the mark error, I needed to include a step before. when starting the message it needs to have a button with the Instagram subscription opt-in action. when i put it, it worked

If you want to let it continue, you just need to connect the first block to the last block.

Unfortunately, this is not possible (as far as I know). You need another platform for that, such as Dialogflow (have lots of videos on my channel about that).

Okay I did it. It worked fine for first time but after that it is not working , for example my first question was Who is prime minister of Pakistan, it answer but then I ask another question what is capital of America. now the bot doesn't response back. why???

Hey Shiza! You need to connect your last block in your ManyChat flow to your first block. That will fix your issue.

You can set a custom field of type number inside ManyChat. Every time the bot gives a response, you add 1 to that field. Then, you should add a condition that if that field = 3, you stop with replying.

For now I can eisily integrate Manychat with open Ai but I think it's more convenient for getting generic info. @@elrabona Often these kinds of integrations are pretty difficult, because you need to create an API (yourself) that can "talk" to the database.
I would advise to change your title as you are not connecting to ChatGPT but GPT3, two totally different AI models. Otherwise the title is more present for clickbait rather than actual facts. ChatGPT does not have API access so not possible to connect to it

@@optioncoachjohn at the time there was no real. chatgpt connection as mentioned the specific model was not there to access. Currently API is open for use along with gpt4 even.

I wouldn’t recommend running Facebook Ads to WhatsApp, because you cannot send people to a specific flow, only to the general one.
