I'm using manychat + dialogflow. Is there a way to add custom payload for a flow within manychat for FB and Instagram? In other words, one custom payload that sends to flow for FB and another custom payload that sends to IG?
No, that's definitely not possible. You would want to duplicate your Dialogflow intents and then add a Manychat tag as the Dialogflow input context in the duplicated intents. That way Dialogflow will know if the request is for an Instagram user or a Facebook Messenger user, because it has some context. Without context, Dialogflow doesn't know anything about the user.
@@janis2221 ok so if I understand this correctly, redirecting with a custom payload manychat flow for IG should have an Instagram tag input context in Dialogflow for the specific intent? I created messenger flows and simply duplicated and converted for Instagram. It obviously generates a different flow ID which is then entered in the custom payload for the duplicated intent and add Instagram tag under context? Is this correct? Also, could I just name the manychat tag "Instagram"? And should this tag be applied to the beginning of a manychat Instagram flow that way Dialogflow knows it's meant for Instagram?
@@jaimecastro7217 Dialogflow doesn't understand, or know anything other than the data you provide it with. If you add a tag in Manychat, it would be on your Instagram Default Reply so the tag gets relayed to Dialogflow. You would duplicate your Dialogflow Intents and add the tag to the Intents (not the flows) so Dialogflow will use your Manychat tag as the context for any message it receives and trigger those intents. The payload is just a unique ID, so in your Dialogflow intents with Instagram as the context, your flow ID's would be for Instagram flows in Manychat.

we working on a project with the same technologies but we use Google Cloud account service to control dialog flow intents and and her stuffs , we look forward using ChatGpt to control our DialogFlow Project with that account service
A lot about chatgpt, but only talk about dialogflow. Dialogflow not tested.
As far as I know, Dialogflow is not free, except for a trial, and GPT definitely can learn. If there is a way to use Dialogflow for free, please provide info on that, some links...
Dialogflow ES is free to a limit. Nearly every businesses that uses Janis doesn't reach that limit so Dialogflow is free for them. That's because Dialogflow/Google targets enterprise customers, while Janis serves SMEs with the same technology.

That's true - The Knowledge Base only supports English. YOu can use Dialogflow Intents which supports many languages

Hi, Could you make a video about the big benefit of using manychat when you are using dialogflow? Right now I have created a dialogflow with responses and quick responses in dialogflow itself and it’s deployed to Facebook using Janis. I see a lot of videos from you promoting manychat, but I don’t know what I can do more if I’m using that.

Be patient. The data loaded after a few hours or so. Check on it periodically. It'll upload :)
Are you using the Google Sheet template we provide in the written tutorial? If so make sure you export the document as a CSV format and if there are any instructional tool tips on top of the data in the template, make sure to remove those first before exporting.
I followed everything until 2:21 where for me, I get an error right after I hit the Create button for Create New Document. Perhaps my csv file is faulty? It's really odd

Yes it's Natural Language Processing, so it takes time for Google to ingest the data and learn from it

Hi Halkawt! I actually know a bit about the answer to that. WhatsApp is a bit more censored and you’ll actually need to meet certain requirements in order to launch your chatbot on WhatsApp.
