Bunny is Jungkook's character actually , you can tell why we call him bunny he's so playful and his front teeth are like bunny teeth and he calls himself bunny too same with all the members 🐰. So RM is a koala 🐨, and Jin is a hamster 🐹, and j-hope is a squirrel 🐿️, and Suga is a cat 😺 , and Jimin is a baby chick 🐥, and V is a bear/tiger 🐯🐻 (his grandma used to call him baby bear and we have team bear and team tiger ) , and Jungkook is our bunny 🐰

I love what Steph said, that through their variety show we get to know Bts not only as musicians but also as individuals, and how are their personalities, not many artists have this shows and I'm glad that they do because I'm not only their fan because of their music (obviously this is the main reason but), it's the hole package, I can relate with them and it's so nice to see how they love each other

They really were kinda emotional with the 100th mark … like the members said “ we don’t do a lot of variety shows” … the reason being - earlier not invited since their company lacked influence, and they didn’t have good experiences on the handful of shows they went to …. So they created Run BTS for themselves, and it’s success is emotional for them …

Kim Taehyung aka V and Jin are both huge fans of anime ...others have said they read comics/Manga before, but V and Jin are the ones who consistently talk about their love for anime and bonded over that when they first met at the dorms ....fun fact they spent nights watching anime together which was stated in one of their old interviews. Also, j-hope has really good eyesight it's crazy how easily he can spot things you'll later see this on other games that require finding things:)

In the quiz game, they mentioned episodes 31 and 32 called "Variety Show of Memories". Here they played games from 90's game shows, and the "Tomato Song" is legendary in episode 32 ! I don't think you've reacted to these yet!

geologically, the land of korea wasnt appropriate to grow wheat vastly. so that korean made many kinds of food with rice or rice powder. in english(and in most of western languages such as french), rice cake can mean cake, cookie, or thick pasta(tteokbokki, tteokgook) which is made with rice powder. the rice cake in this episode is literally a cake made with rice powder instead of flour.

I live in America but my neighborhood actually has a big Korean community so I usually go to Korean bakeries and have Korean food (love their bbq and fired chicken 🤤) so if you wanna get any Korean snacks or ingredients I’d recommend an H-mart or some similar Asian supermarket in your area
I always see Run bts as: The one show that never left bts. Bts would never or it was not common for them to get booked in famous reality tv shows. So they started it to have their own show. And now look at them, going worldwide and still doing the show
They put out a lot more content over the past 2 years because of the lockdown. They used the show as a way to stay connected with their friends and bring a little laughter into everyone’s lives. They basically were the hardest working artists on the planet during the lockdown

It’s their travel show, has 4 seasons. it’s so iconic. It’s also so interesting to see how the production value increases from season to season, since they started to film Bon voyage when they still weren’t so worldwide famous, and it was right before their career REALLY started taking off! So the first season is slightly more low budget and then the last one in New Zealand was filmed in 2019 and has such a high production. They go camping, sight seeing, do a lot of activities…. It’s so much fun. I’ve seen all seasons multiple times.
1st season: Scandinavia
2nd season: Hawaii
3rd season: Malta
4th season: New Zealand.
But since it’s paid content, you should do it on patreon. (You don’t have to pay to watch it, there are ways to see it for free online…… :D), same goes for their other show BTS: In the Soop, where they go to a house in the middle of nowhere in Korea for a week and basically have a staycation, cook all day, hang out, paint, hike etc.. they did it during the pandemic since they couldn’t travel for Bon Voyage

They started in 2015 but then took a break for a year. Now they took another break but we still don't know how long yet. The regular schedule for Run BTS is supposed to be once a week, I think every Tuesday. They take breaks maybe when they do other stuff like prepare for an album release, prepare for a concert or do Bon Voyage/In The Soup series.
1:33:47 it's amazing to think about how Run BTS in it's early days was a way for them to fill the void of variety shows and other TV slots becasue they couldn't get booked (they didn't have the pull and weren;t really sought after), and now ttheres full on brand deals and sponsorships for the episodes and they don't NEED to seek those TV opps, and instead advertisers, brands, shows, and celebrities are coming to them for collaborations
That's insane, the popularity they gained insane and they 100% deserve it
chinese cakes (and a lot of other types of Asian cakes) are usually a sponge with light cream and glazed fruit on top! the most popular flavors are vanilla, green tea, taro, mango, passion fruit, chocolate, coffee, etc.
Run BTS! is truly an important show for BTS and ARMY. when it first started back in 2015, the show wasn’t supposed to last more than a few episodes, but ARMYs loved it so much that BTS kept doing it. back then, BTS weren’t invited on many variety shows and they weren’t treated well by the hosts when they did, so they decided to create their own variety show for ARMYs and themselves. that’s how Run BTS! was born. it was truly unique for a group at the time to have their own show. so it was really an “emotional” moment for BTS and ARMYs to realize how far we’ve come :)

i feel like the reason why this felt so kind of emotional by the end is because 100 of anything is a milestone of course but like jhope said in his little speech bts don't go on many variety shows (which is a very common and popular thing for idol groups and music acts to do in korea) because in the beginning of their career they weren't invited to many and the ones that they did appear on they were often mistreated. so, run bts is something that they made themselves as a replacement for that and seeing it go so far and be this successful is super cool and amazing!!! im really glad the show has lasted this long and i hope it continues going strong bc it really does bring a lot of happiness
and i think its funny because of how insanely famous they are now im sure they get plenty invites to go on all these big variety shows but they rarely ever do, and now run bts is just as big as them

You can get red bean paste and an international food store or Asuan market. Warning - it is very, very sweet. It took me a few tries before I got a little addicted. (Would highly recommend bts in the soop if you want to see them in a more relaxed chilled domestic setting. It's very wholesome but just an advice either make sure you watch it after eating or have some snacks ready because that show will make you hungry 😂😂😂)

They definitely all watched anime as kids. In their recent livestream they talked a lot about pokemon and digimon hahaha. I would guess Jungkook and Jimin are the biggest anime fans over all (they talked about Haikyuu, One Piece and more before) and Suga really likes Slam Dunk and V also liked Cardcaptor Sakura as a kid. I think J-Hope is the most clueless when it comes to anime lol

to put it into perspective, it is rare when an underdog group makes it more then 100 days but to make it to 100 episodes of a variety is a bit insane.
The historical fact of the vocabulary in South Korea is that in its territories American armys used to be stationed and had colonies, so most of the words have an American (English) sound, e.g. the word Poland sounds the same in both languages ☼
And sometimes it's easier and faster for Koreans to use English words because they are easier and faster to pronounce ☺

Yes, they were putting way more episodes recently and I guess part of that was for the pandemic because they couldn't assist a lot of events and go on tour so it was like the only way to connect more with fans. They were really shooting all those run episodes non-stop. They did 100 episodes in 5 years (2015-2020) and then, in less than a year in October 2021 they drop the episode 155 which is the last one. (They decided to take a rest and also they did it for the staff and directors).
I miss run BTS so much but I totally understand why they decided that. (They usually take breaks but just for a couple of months but this time is different) We don't know when Run BTS will comeback but I'm so thankful for all the fun moments that Bangtan give us and all the happiness they brig us to our life. 💜
Anyways, we can rewatch them since the beginning and watch more things because there's no artist like BTS that put out so many content and music out there. They are always busy and working for army and they totally deserve those breaks. 🥺💜

Great reaction, you guys should watch bts play mafia ep 72 of run bts also bts have many other shows they do. You guys should check out bts in the soop ep 1. Bts in the soop has in total around 8 episode per season and there’s only 2 seasons. Personally I like season 2 a lot so maybe start from season 2 episode 1😂
Well if they do watch in the soop they should start or watch from season 1 to see where they were staying was completely different and also logical to start from season 1 also to get the feels of what it is 🙃💜

If I remember correctly, there are three occasions where the run bts theme was videogames. You already watched the one where jimin’s character was running backwards 😂 In another episode with T1 (league sk team), it was revealed on the behind the scenes (?) that they were supposed to play among us but decided not to bc it was a 10-player game and there were 12 of them 😔🤙

What I have learned from watching all of the episode is you will learn the rules during the game.

So there is a history of tomatoes on youtube...it is a cooking channel called Tasting History with Max Miller the episode is called The Poisonous History of Tomatoes...the history of the tomato starts around 3 min in...the name tomato comes from the Aztec word.
in brazil "tomato" is "tomate" and we pronounce it like they do it in korean just changing the last letter
There has been a release of Pokémon themed bread with collectible cards in Korea and a lot of the members have been going after them lol, especially RM he’s been posting about them like a madman on instagram
They filmed a lot of run bts during the pandemic while they couldn’t go on tour. also there was a gap of a year in between episodes 10 and 11. Run bts wasn’t meant to run this long but they continued it for one reason or another. I’m not sure of the reason why but I’m sure part of it is because the guys love to do this show. It’s a fun break from what they usually do and I truly believe that run bts helped them.

It shows you their journey in the correct sequence from the start (even before debut)! It shows you their personalities, work ethic, performances, hardships, funny moments. You will definitely love it! You will follow their journey in the correct order.

in the uk, the normal cakes are victoria sponge cake (like vanilla sponge cake with strawberry or raspberry jam and cream in the middle), chocolate fudge cake, ginger cake, battenberg cake, cheesecake and fruitcake. if you count sweet loafs that are labelled as bread but more so like a cake, there’s fruit bread and banana bread. yesterday i had lardy cake (also known as lardy bread) which isn’t really a typical cake as it’s not commonly sold or eaten anymore but it was back in my grandmother’s day and is an example of a traditional british cake. christmas cake at christmas is a type of fruit cake and yule log is like chocolate cake. we also have stuff like small sponges like sticky toffee pudding which is essentially a sponge soaked in hot treacle. then u have the mini cakes i’m sure everyone is familiar like iced cupcakes, teacakes, scones, cherry bakewells and muffins (blueberry and chocolate chip particularly, raspberry and white chocolate chip is getting more popular). i think the most typical of these most typical cakes is the victoria sponge - if u buy a random cake from a store like for a kid’s birthday party and so u pay more attention to the decoration than the type of cake, chances are it’s probably victoria sponge. and that’s just the cakes! say what you will about british meals, it’s fair enough, but i’ve got to say we’ve always had desserts In The Bag.
I became an ARMY at the end of 2016, I am pretty sure I only found out about Run BTS at the beginning of 2017 when like episode 12 came out (the one with Min Yoonji). Back then we got maybe 1 episode every few months. From their hair this was from beginning of 2020 so 5 years. During the beginning of qurantine they released one episode every week, so the number of episodes quickly rose.
bts used to watch anime together like attack on Titan (they have a song called attack on bangtan) haha
- The iron bag used in the iron bag game was used for delivering chinese food when the delivery market wasn't that big. I don't know if they still use them? Maybe they do in the countryside. Anyways that's where it comes from.
- Also in Korean language there's a thing called 외래어(wae-lae-eo, eo sound is like uh but with the back of your tongue more pressed down so the space in your mouth gets bigger) which are foreign words used in Korea because we don't have Korean words for them. Hamburger in Korean is 햄버거(hem-beo-geo) and wink is 윙크 (wing-keu) and a bunch of other stuff. They're just English words but pronounced in a Korean way:) Plus English is a mandatory subject in Korea so we kinda use English words even if we have Korean words for them in every day life (ex. okay, bye, no etc)
