This is my story but I’m afraid I’ll lose what’s rest of my mind before I make it out of this. Back pain chronically and then Benzo taper and finally huge mold exposures
Hi I am planning to try the programme from the dvd. I feel really sick and tired please can you tell me if it’s hard to follow when you feel ill? It sounds very intense! Feedback appreciated! Miranda from london
Hi Miranda, Sorry for the delay in response. DNRS is not hard to follow. It is designed for people who are sick. I hope it helps you! You can learn more @ retrainingthebrain.com
@@postureperfect1 I'm hoping you can pass this comment on to Gretchen. She's to be commended for her valid rebuke of the fear-based 'extreme mold avoidance' protocol that Ritchie Shoemaker, Lisa Petrison, Erik Johnson and others have been pushing on those vulnerable and sick with toxic mold. My hope is that she would make her own video discussing this in more detail. She is CORRECT. It is completely without merit -- one doesn't need to throw away all their belongings and race out to the desert in order to recover. In fact, as she notes herself, his protocol does exactly the opposite -- one feels better for maybe a couple weeks -- but then BAM -- much, much, much worse with now additional sensitivities to chemicals, perfumes, fragrances, etc! I really hope you can let her know how important it is that her story -- and others on the DNRS channel -- get spread around to counter the often very tragic results of the Shoemaker/Petrison/Johnson dogma. THANK YOU. :)
@@DDumbrillebut she mentions she was following medical medium which is extreme fear based and controlling one’s environment. So it’s like most testimonies: contradictory.
@@75pdubs I disagree. Despite the fact that the Medical Medium is a laughable hoax, he and his program wasn't the thing that made her so sick. It was following the paranoid delusions of Erik Johnson, Lisa "The Ick!" Petrison, and their enabler, Ritchie Shoemaker -- who at least thankfully lost his license to 'practice' medicine.
I have been meditating for 45 years. I can tell you that DNRS, and other limbic system retraining programs, are different than Meditation. DNRS is a form of classical conditioning. Meditation is not. That being said, it is important to keep up ones meditation practice if one decides to also do DNRS.

I love the saying you shared! “Think greater than you feel.”
You did a great job explaining DNRS. I'm 22 months in and almost done. Blessings friend
What are your results with dnrs?
Thanks for getting back to me! X

Congratulations. I am so proud of you. I have just started and love to see the progress of others.
Thank you so much!

Where can I follow Gretchen?
Does anyone have a used set of DNRS that they would be willing to sell at a cheaper cost?
Didn’t this woman do medical medium testimonials after this? Maybe it was dispenza.
So dnrs didn’t really work for her?
DNRS did work for her and then she went on to Dispenza's teachings.
wow she's such an inspiration. Does anyone know her instagram? I'm desperate to find her!

This is a money racket that however works. You don’t need this to learn to meditate daily
😂
