"Twenty Doctors Later, the Answer was DNRS!"
Jenna used the Dynamic Neural Retraining System™ (DNRS) to recover from Chronic Pain, Vertigo, Breast Implant Illness, Food Sensitivities, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, Electric Hypersensitivity, Anxiety, and more.

10:44 My symptoms were the result of limbic dysfunction
11:25 What I would say to others watching this video in a similar position
“Then in 2013 it all hit the fan, with overwhelming mysterious symptoms cascading one after another and leading me to an endless series of doctors and diagnoses.
Those diagnoses included chronic pain, food sensitivities, multiple chemical sensitivity, breast implant illness, chronic inflammatory response syndrome, vertigo, chronic fatigue syndrome, and anxiety.”
By 2017, Jenna was getting sicker and sicker. During this time, mold was found in her home. Though her husband was completely fine, they moved out to remediate. At that time, while Jenna says she was unsure how she would go on, a naturopath shared that she had another patient who had found DNRS and was making remarkable strides in recovery. She recommended Jenna look into the program.
“I remember watching the testimonial videos online and just crying my eyes out. There were other people out there like me?! There were people who had survived all these insane symptoms and had fully recovered? I could have hope again.
Initially, my goal was just to walk my dog around the block again. I never dreamed that I would be able to run - and now I run with my dog as long and far as I want!”
Jenna now happily lives in her same home that was remediated and says she is grateful to have kept most of her belongings. She travels, eats anything she wants, exercises, works, and lives a life free of limitations. In celebration of her full recovery Jenna has an inspiring message that she would like to share with others.
“As soon as I started the program, I was able to do more and had so many little victories - I knew DNRS was my answer. After about 8 months I was no longer ill, but some symptoms were more stubborn. I still dealt with difficult days and was left with some emotional and physical symptoms that still impacted my life. And so, I just kept going. There were ups and downs and side steps, but all along I continued to improve. I worked the program every single day and spoke with a certified DNRS Coach on a regular basis.
My life is so much better now than it was before I ever had experienced illness. I'm so deeply grateful to Annie, my DNRS coaches and the whole DNRS community for their guidance, unwavering support, and cheerleading every step of the way.
I remember my coach telling me that I would get to the point where I would forget what it was like to be sick, and I said, “No way!” But it's true. I am healthy and having fun and I have moved on with my life. I have so much more to think about, I forgot about symptoms and limitations and started embracing LIVING life!
"Recovery to me is a sense of peace and calm that feels very solid."
I sleep great, I eat everything and anything I want, I cook beautiful meals for friends and family, I go everywhere without a thought, I travel, I work, I'm very social. I run our two businesses, I exercise and feel strong. I enjoy balance and self care. I have so much more to give to my husband, my family, my friends, and it is such a joy. Does that mean life is perfect? No. Am I perfect? No. But I am capable and confident, and whatever life brings I know I can handle it and thrive.
To those who are still suffering, please know that you don’t have to suffer anymore! My heart goes out to you. I remember how impossible it seemed to look beyond it. But you can fully, wholly heal. You can live your life to the fullest. You can eat what you want, go where you want, do what you want. You can have energy for your loved ones and the things you love to do.
This program is the real deal. It’s not internet BS, it’s not woo-woo hocus-pocus. It’s science. And it works. DNRS is not instant, it takes time and diligence to rewire your brain, but it is the most empowering thing I have ever done, and I am grateful to have my life back every day!”
P.S. If you know someone suffering from chronic illnesses like Jenna had, please take a moment to forward them the link to this video. It could make a huge difference in their recovery.

I was diagnosed with CIRS 2 years ago and DNRS was my last resort as I had tried everything else. I’ve seen amazing results from doing it since starting it over a year ago. Healing doesn’t happen in a straight line so you have to just commit and do it every day and don’t get discouraged when you don’t see results because it’s working even when you can’t feel it. You can do it it’s worth it I promise

SAME! SAME! SAME! I am doing DNRS now and I am so glad they shared your story because I am on month 9 and while I would say I'm not "Ill" anymore, I still have many many symptoms that prevent me from returning to normal life, from work, from eating freely, or even wearing normal clothes. I was beginning to give up hope and wane on my practice because It is well past the 6 months for me and I am still struggling, and starting to think this is no longer working. Or that maybe I need to start seeking medical help again. But then your video came through!!!!
I believe my Limbic system trauma was initiated at the age of 3-4 yrs old and I limped along through Childhood. But in 2007 my life began to fall apart as well...and I won't type out the whole story, but I have been barely making it in life until the end of 2019 when my "everything hit the fan" moment happened and I tanked fast. My story of searching for answers sounds much like yours and I found DNRS in Jan of this year (2021).
All of the other videos make it seem like they started the program, saw immediate improvement and by 6 months were 100% and never looked back. SO thank you for sharing your story, because it is nice to finally hear someone talk about how it took them more than 6 months to get better and that even at 8 months you were still struggling, but you made it. And THAT gives me HOPE!!!

Wow I wrote this before I finished the video but had read the part below. And I am at about 9.5 months and my husband and I will celebrate our 15th anniversary in 8 months!!! and I have ALWAYS wanted to go to Tahiti, but I can't handle humidity. Maybe, Just Maybe, We will get to celebrate there in 8 months! I just have to keep pushing, even when it feels like I am going backwards!

Oh my goodness, do not give up! It's all limbic dysfunction and just like you are no longer ill, you can change those other old patterns too. There were lots of ups and downs and plateaus along the way. I think of the six months as kind of a minimum, many of us took a lot longer as everyone's life situation is so different. Have you worked with a certified coach? I can't recommend it strongly enough! Just keep going, work all five pillars (especially #1!) It's so much better on the other side!

@@jennarg2626 Hi Jenna, Thanks for the response! Again, it is very encouraging to hear from someone who's story is so similar to mine, even the way you found DNRS and then waited and then did the research and knew it was right...that was exactly how it happened for me, down to almost every detail. I very quickly had to stop using the community forms due to negativity and some of my own pops. And I tried coaching several times but felt it was not helpful and left me no better off than I was before. So, I've been going it alone for the last 4 or so months. SO it was great to hear your story!!! And you are right. Everyone's story and journey is different because we are all different people with different lives. We have experienced several deaths during this time of DNRS and have been in the middle of a large move to a different city. So those things contribute as well. Not to mention I have not been able to work for the last 2 years and that takes a toll on finances + my desire to be able to go back as soon as I can and thinking I'm ready then realizing I'm not. I would love to hear more about that healing time period between when you were "no longer ill" and when you finally realized you were DONE!! My husband said there is a way to private message persons on RUclips, though I haven't figured it out yet :-p. But if you feel you have the time and desire to connect I would love to.

Thank you for reaching out. Although the program was first created to address limbic system impairment as it relates to symptoms and conditions such as multiple chemical sensitivity, chronic fatigue syndrome, electric hypersensitivity syndrome, and fibromyalgia, we now see that a limbic system stuck in a chronic, maladapted “fight, flight or freeze” response could be involved with many complex and hard-to-treat illnesses.
To get more clarity about whether your own symptoms may be associated with limbic system impairment, please complete the self-assessment survey which can be found here: retrainingthebrain.com/self-assessment-survey/
