You should switch those bolt nuts over to a wiz nut or add washers to it.

I’m glad you mentioned that because I thought the same thing about adding a washer.

Washers would work also. To me the bolts seem kinda light for the v22 weight. My em1010 ricoma had way heavier duty bolts on a 200lb machine. When my v22 get here I'll definitely be swapping out the stand bolts.

Which do you prefer, your Bai or Ricoma? What’s the noise level like also?

@@BevJoseph I sold the ricoma em1010 bc to me we out grew it very fast and noticed that the em1010 doesn't do hats very well. We just got the v22 put in our shop yesterday so I'll be doing tention testing and doing some designs again.
