Ella Hough is a junior at Cornell University, pursuing a Bitcoin-focused study through Cornell’s Scholar Degree Program. In addition, Ella is also the founder of the Cornell Bitcoin Club, Project Lead at the nonprofit organization Generation Bitcoin, co-founder of the Bitcoin Students Network, and a contributor to Bitcoin Magazine. Through her involvements, she is dedicated to helping young generations learn about and contribute to Bitcoin.

Great interview once again, its great to see the younger generation catching on to Bitcoin. Ella seems to have a quite deep understanding of Bitcoin, she does say some interesting things like Bitcoin was "discovered not invented" - that's definitely an intriguing thought to ponder.

The previous generation was given property and the effect of inflation on big amounts of debt. This gave the facade of property being an "appreciating asset" yet properties are decreasingly durable and require increasing amounts of maintenance to control the rate at which they become decrepit. This generation has bitcoin. It's digital so it doesn't degrade over time and it's deflationary, so relative to fiat currency debasement, it accunulates value over time. A true digital, appreciating asset and a hedge against the effect of the fiat funding mechanism for government overreach and tyranny on your ability to store your work as energy that can be spent in the future.

That bitcoin you can earn it twice, once through purchase, and then threw its appreciation. But that's only at this part in the adoption curve? At least, I guess this comes down to when hyperbitcoinitization ?
