PSL Demo Day 52: New OG-Core features

Jason DeBacker describes some new features in the OG-Core model; the ability to allow a number of parameters to be time varying. These recent extensions allows for significant flexibility to model through exogenous parameters a number of variables that can be thought to respond to policy, but aren't fully endogeneized in the model. Examples include policies affecting education, health, or the environment.
