Nikhil Woodruff (CTO, PolicyEngine) demonstrates how PolicyEngine has used machine learning and AI to enhance policy analysis. Nikhil gives a brief overview of how PolicyEngine has used ML to create more accurate synthetic data, then delves in to the PolicyEngine-Chat GPT plugin. He provides real time examples of using GPT-4 to create text summarizing the model output -- and using GPT-4 to run PolicyEngine with just a text prompt describing a policy change.
