Demo Day 53: OSPC's Payroll Tax Calculator

Bodi Yang (AEI) demonstrates the capabilities and usage of the Open Source Policy Center's (OSPC) Tax-Calculator-Payroll, which can be used to compute the payroll tax offset associated with changes in the employer contribution to payroll taxes. This tool allows for more accurate revenue estimates when simulating payroll tax changes with the Tax-Calculator model.
