I love that you provide so many options.... whether it's a product or a process. So nice to hear that you are a teacher... I was a teacher as well....a long time ago. Now, I'm enjoying being a student again. Hats off to you for all you do!!!
Natasha keep up the wonderful tutorials....I like your no nonsense tutorials.....straight to the point and giving us the opportunity to use what we have without feeling as we have to go out and buy all the latest releases.🦄🦄🦄🦄
school teacher?? I'd be willing to go back to school to have you as a teacher.... You are SO BLESSED with creativity, and apparently in the field that would benefit so many children. What a great start in life you are giving them... I always LOVE your videos and look forward to all of them.. thanks
I missed this tutorial so glad it was brought up again so I could see it.. Love the card you made and also going to make some of those sprays.. certainly a lot cheaper than buying them ready made.. thanks Tash for all these tips and for the beautiful card.. :)
Thank you so much for explaining how to make a shimmery spray. What an exceptional primary school teacher you must be, Natasha. You do a splendid job of explaining your tutorial subjects to adults, and I'm glad that you share your talents with children as well. :)
I love this. I am a retired preschool teacher and my daughter homeschools her two daughters. This would be so much fun to do with them. Anyway, You being a teacher makes you extra special to me. Oh yes, my other dayghter is a teacher also. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thanks for the tip of making your own shimmer spray. Sometimes I have to laugh because you are going so fast. I still working on the cards from the video 2 days ago😂😂. You are a very energetic person, probably just like the children who you working with. But I love the way you work and explain things. I hope we can enjoy your videos and your inspiration for a long time to come.
Another master piece, thanks for the tutorial on how to make your own shimmer sprays. I don't know how you find time to make cards with a family and teaching. Wish I could sit in one of classes if you specialize in art. Thanks once again for sharing your videos Natasha
Wow! I love the finished card and you make Stamping and fussy cutting look soooo easy! Your tip for colouring the edges with a brush pen is a great idea too. I haven’t used my mica powders for ages, but I’m definitely inspired to use them again after seeing your lovely background colours. Thank you for another great card making video. I can’t believe you find time to teach as well as looking after your little ones in between making cards. I bet your art lessons are lots of fun! xx
I can't tell you how excited I get when I see the notification for a new video. I love how all the cards can be done without needing an art degree! Great work 👏
Hi Natasha, this is why I love your videos and cards so much, your always creating your own elements to use and their beautiful also. I love your card with the shimmering look to it. I don’t have any shimmer sprays at all so now I can’t wait to try and make some. Thank you for being so amazingly awesome
Once again you enabled me! I just bought the Simon hurley 12 set of ink pads. Lol. You also got me to buy my first 12 set of oxides. I found the 12 set of the Simon inks for $72 American on Etsy. Not a bad price at all!! And the 12 set of reinkers is half that amount. I'm sure ill get those next. Lol
OMGoodness, I was researching Shimmer Spray at the weekend. Thank you SO MUCH for this tutorial, I can't wait to get the new goodies I've just ordered at your recommendation. BTW ... how on earth do you have time to be a primary teacher and do these tutorial???? But I'm ever so glad you do, they are a highlight in my day.
Beautiful! I made a shimmer spray using a pearlescent watercolor, I have a slew of mica powders I use in resin so I will definitely make some more😊😉. Every tutorial I learn something new and clever from you, your mind must always be creating 🤔😁
I loved the finished look, shimmer sprays give everything you use them on a beautiful look... I also make my own sprays as I need them, I bought a few shimmer sprays a few years ago and had some trouble with them, they kept getting blocked, but I found if you put the spray nozzle and tube into some warm-hot water and flushed through a few time they worked better... I look forward to seeing your next creation... Take care and stay safe my lovely... 💫😷🌺🎨🌺😷💫
I will definitely be making up some these sprays. Couture Creations have an identical stamping platform as well, I find mine great and recommend it to my craft ladies Thank you again for another great video
Hi Natasha. I love watching your videos although I have never tried one of your cards. I dont have many stamps or inks and I dont know most of the products you use or how to get them I've tried looking on Aliexpress but fut find it very daunting. I will just continue to watch because you amaze me almost every day. Thanks for sharing.
Wow!!! love what you have done today Tash.. I have made my own glimmer mist before but I find the little bottles like you are using clog up so fast.. I have tried soaking them in hot water and in various additives.. also prodding with a needle and/or fine wire nothing seems to work.. do you have any hints please how to unclog these spray bottles? I have looked on you tube but nothing they said worked.. :( I love the shiny sprays and would like to make more of them.. also learned today that you are a school teacher.. wow where do you fit all this in as well as look after a family .. you are a wonder woman LOL .
Gorgeous card! I had ordered the spray bottles before I had even seen the finished product! Gorgeous shimmer effect and loved the paper piecing design! Cheers
What a beautiful card Natasha. I bought one pot of a Copper Perfect Pearls a while ago and didn't like it. Now I know what I can use it for!! Thank you.
Wow! I love your final card. The option to make my own shimmer spray is definitely one I want to run with. I have some Perfect Pearls already but only four little pots in colours I love to use in other ways. I'm going to check out an inexpensive mica powder to use for this. Thanks for the idea and this video.
Love this! Now I have to go searching to see if I have any stamps that are large enough to fussy cut like that! Do you have any tips for glaze pens that are nearly dried up? I went to use my black one yesterday and it puts down some color, but doesn’t flow like it should. I took apart one of my clear pens and used the “ink” with a teeny paintbrush right out of the tube. ( It was new and wouldn’t flow through the tip. They are too pricey to toss! Probably not the best solution, but the only one I could figure out.). Any helpful tips greatly appreciated!
Actually this is the one video you actually see the shimmer. These are better than the Tim holtz over priced shimmer sprays 💕. Thank you Natasha.
I love that you provide so many options.... whether it's a product or a process. So nice to hear that you are a teacher... I was a teacher as well....a long time ago. Now, I'm enjoying being a student again.
Hats off to you for all you do!!!
2 years later and you are still inspiring. Love this shimmer and cutting out idea. Thank you
