The heroes have been getting progressively more expensive, even if you just buy the heroes and sit on them it should be lucrative, especially as long as you can get heroes cheaper than buying a random box.
No one is talking about Staking or Fusion.. Not sure if they've actually released details on these but potentially Thetan owners could receive THG for staking their characters in the future, which gives them additional utility and value past their THC battle limit... Honestly I have concerns about the play to earn part (which is mostly why people play this game) unlimited tokens, bronze 1 chechkout limit and after that you must have THG. Those things turns me off a little :(
While the gthc battle limit per character seems good for the economy, i still think the price of thc will go down over time, it will not stay at that price cause no one will be willing to buy 800usd for a common box, thats just crazy. It is only profitable for those who got into those boxes early and played now because of how much they got those characters for but if I am a new player who understands the economy it will stop me from going in specially with the current price of the boxes. Another thing to consider as well is that battle limit also limited the value of your NFT. What value would it have when you already depleted it, you can only play it for fun.

Update On My Experience: (1) Characters can now play fewer games per day, thus earning fewer coins per day (and no the change in coins earned from winning is not sufficient to make up for the loss of daily games) (2) Min withdraw -at least for me- was raised to 750 coins??!??! I owned 2, 180$ characters which I couldn't sell for more than 135$ each at the end (3) For a game with supposedly 4 million players, I do not see any explanation for why I had 1-3 bots on my team EVERY GAME. (4) If you're wondering, people playing in your games are not all playing for money. Anyone can be in your game. FTP, PTP, AFK, BOT; they're all there. This game is a total scam. It's clear everything these devs do is to prevent their shit coin from crashing any faster than it already has regardless of what this RUclipsr's poor education in scarcity will tell you. The only thing stopping this whole shitshow from tanking is the draconian measures to prevent you from claiming and earning coins. Thankfully, I've reached bronze 1 and dumped all my coins, and I sold my characters. All to come out 13$ ahead after 7 days of playing. Unfortunately, many people can't do that, and they are simply going to be stuck playing this game to try to get their money back given they bought their characters a week ago for nearly in some cases 500$-to-1000$ more than what they cost now. Good Luck everyone.
I see it as away to force players to buy inevitably worthless NFT’s so the developers can make money. If they honestly thought their game was good they wouldn’t need that. Overall the gameplay is basic, it okay to play for some quick fun, but they are all about forcing transactions. I think the price for the token will crash as soon as a better game comes along with a few month.

Buying a champion skin is not really profitable with the current state of $htc. If you spend around $150 for a hero who has left to play just roughly 180 matches to earn $htc, you can't even make that $150 back. Only if your super lucky and win all those 180 matches lol
Interesting, so by the look of things earning opportunities are very limited unless one entered veeery early on. The game is fun tho, but yeah, the p2e is way too shaky to be a wise investment for now
The more heroes you will have in your account the more you can use the « Scholarship » or « Sharing Hero » function when or if that happen. Because you can gain THC just for going up the rank. Also they will probably add daily challenges, weekly reward, contest and all kind of events to use you maxed stats hero. It’s still early and more source of THC and THG will be added for sure :)

Below gTHC you have the amount of games one lost with said winrate (10% winrate in 235 games equals 211.5) and you summed it to give the total gTHC (2370.945 + 710.1 = 3081.045) Maybe i'm wrong and I'm doing shit that isn't right. How am I supposed to make my THC back on a character that I spend 1000THC on and only makes me 74.5/day for 12 days? For example the common, 221games/18games per day = 12.27 days of battling. 12.27days x 74THC/day = 914THC You used 22days as an example for how much you would make with a common character but he can't even battle that long... And this is at a 55% win rate? Am I missing something here?

I see gTHC battle limit as a burning mechanic. it's good for the game's economy. Prevents inflation and it encourages players to get good.
