I love this entire take, but I think my favorite part is the super meta ending with young Claudio literally closing the book on Heaven's Fence. It's extremely fitting considering the entire story arc of The Writer and I think it's the best instance of a story coming full circle.

So FYI - Claudio has mentioned that The Amory Wars as a whole is actually an origin story for our earth/universe. So I really like your theory here, but I think the implication is that after everything is said and done; the epilogue shows that Silent Earth 3 is the only remaining planet, and it becomes _our_ earth 🌍 , heh.
I really hope this take on the final part of the Amory Wars is similar to when the comics finally do drop! I feel as if it’s pretty spot on to what might happen! Nice job!

Always interpreted the story as Ryder constantly trying to overpower Claudio and mother superior as a sort of turning point where Ryder finally convinces Claudio to stop fighting and let himself give in "nothing to prove. Stay afraid" the young brother part reminds me of domino and how domino kind of scared his brother with the violence
I always imagined mother superior being about a hit man who has to finish a contract but the contract isn't ready to die. This is before I knew there was a huge work of comic book but that's how I hear it
Your compendiums have been extremely helpful in trying to decipher the story that the music has been trying to tell me for almost 2 decades. Very late on this, but I watched all your album explanations and they are great! Something to consider (if you haven't already) is delving into Prize Fighter Inferno's story and songs. Songs like Who Watches the Watchmen and The Missing McCloud Boys are some of my favorites in the entire Claudio/Amory discography. PFI also helps as a break from the prog/rock genre if you ever get that feeling of oversaturation. I'd love to hear fan fiction of those albums.

I've always imagined the crash right before the hales is a rejection from heaven or the great afterlife. During the hails he crashes through the crust of the planet continuing down into hell. Then you hear the drum kick and pattern and the guitar kicks in on a happier rift. I think this is a rejection from hell and a return back to the planet, to re do his life/ to live out the rest of his days/purgatory. The story never truly ends, it just starts again.
Before any of the comics and being younger at the time of the album coming out, without knowing the writer dies at the end of Good Apollo, I always imagined the end of on the brink as the writer just not writing anymore almost like he didn’t want to finish it. I know that’s not how it goes now but it was still kind of poetic to me in a way.
I love this theory and I think that a lot of this might happen in the official books but I have one question. What about the flies? In burning Star IV volume 1, Ryan releases the flies on all the planets but what do you think would happen to the flies in this volume?
Good question. I think the flies would effectively turn most of the people into narrows and would then die off after their venom was spent. However, like most bio weapons and epidemics, there will always be people who have a natural immunity. Since I kill off most of the planets in this theory, the ones left with immunity would have to battle the narrows. I imagine it would be a lot like the walking dead or if you have read "The Key of Z" graphic novel also written by Claudio.
I was always under the impression that no world for tommorow was meant to be up for everyone to interpret how the story ends from the albums and the previous comics but I would like to read a new comic series I didn't think we were going to get one because of the end complete the title not the songs because it sounds like incomplete
