Hi @oreossyt, you would need to manually screen mirror the app onto your laptop and crop, cut, items to design your own overlay. The other option with OBS is to get the BT Basketball Camera app and similarly screen mirror the app onto your laptop and mix in the existing score overlay provided by BT Basketball Camera (running in Overlay Only (No Camera) mode).

Hi Larkitek! Yes you can, press the pause button and scroll down, there are time adjusting buttons below the “Timeout” buttons. Alternatively, you can pause the game and swipe up and down directly on the timer. Please let us know if that accomplishes what you want. Thank you!

Hi, how are you using the app on Mac? Currently we don't support the apps on desktop platforms so that may be a reason why you can't connect via bluetooth. For example if you are using an emulator on desktop then bluetooth might not work. From iPhone to iPhone, iPhone to iPad, and even iPhone to Android bluetooth has been tested thoroughly and works well for the most part. With that said, if you can give more details on your setup we can help. Yes you can have a bluetooth connection to the camera app and livestream at the same time with the WiFi (you will need internet to live stream). The other option is to record offline to a file and upload the video at a later time.
Hi, does Benin West Africa have access to Android Playstore or Apple App Store? If so you should be able to get it. At the moment sorry we don't have multi language support, although the app should be pretty easy to learn.
Resetting the shot clock by pressing either 24 or 14 should pause the game clock. In this app the game clock would run while th shot clock is paused after restting.

Please see this example, it should be almost the same for Facebook: assets.basketballtemple.com/bt-camera--livestream.png Tips: If you are doing long duration streams, recommend choosing "Livestream Only" so it does not save a big file on your phone

Use the BT Controller to connect and control other devices as shown in the tutorial. Alternatively, you can use the BT Scoreboard on one device by itself using the direct touch interface.

In the future we plan to expand to other sports but at the moment our main focus is basketball. You can most likely customize the settings in the current apps to apply for football, the app is very flexible.

Hi @masashioizumi7103, thanks for your feedback. Do you mean when the 24 button is tapped it will reset and go immediately without pressing the go button? We can look into adding this in the future, it may be real useful for the 14 so thank you for your suggestion. We had this feature in the initial release but we found that we had to keep on hitting reset 24 in the situation a team scored, since the 24 shouldn't start until the in-bound ball is touched. (also, when the ball hits the rim the 14 resets, but doesn't go until an offensive player touches the ball). That was the original reason why we changed it to reset and go buttons. But yes, we can look into this for you some time.
Hi Brian, if you are using an Android phone you may connect directly with bluetooth and do not require WiFi (make sure bluetooth is on and coarse location permissions are permitted for the app). We are making a quick fix for iOS, iPhone version and bluetooth should work for that as well soon. The second option is to connect all devices (BT Controller and BT Scoreboard) to the same WiFi network and they should be able to discover and connect to each other. The third option, if you are using the scoreboard alone by itself with the direct touch interface, you don't need WiFi or bluetooth.
Hi @EMF Engineering, thank you for you question, and great scoreboard implementation on your page by the way. Regarding your question, the synchronization of the time display on the controller and shotclock to the milli second level is slightly challenging due to network latencies and slight performance differences in devices as well. If you have a good engineering solution for this our ears are wide open :) For players in a game and referees, the time shown on the actual shotclock should be followed to determine shot clock violations to the milli second level. Thank you for your concern and we'll keep in our minds of ways to make that finer improvement.
You can edit the game settings, for example turn off shot clock, adjust period time/count, and possibly run it for volleyball as well. Try out the free “BT Controller” to see if it can be customized for your needs. Let us know how it goes.

Useing blue tooth on apple ipad and connecting to Bluetooth tvs was working 100% until update
We have 2 courts and use 2 ipads and 2 tvs one device for each court also how do we change device names ? As they seemed to of changed also on the tvs

Hi Trevor! These are basic camera tripods with a "phone tripod mount" and "tablet tripod mount".
