You'll need to choose Livestream and Save to File option in the video settings. If you're using Android you'll need to enable this option by going to Edit Settings/Misc and scroll down to Experimental section. If you already livestreamed and did not save the file then you may be able to download your livestream on facebook and reupload to RUclips.
Please use a free software like "OBS Studio" to mix the score overlay provided by the BT Camera App with your external sony camcorder on your computer. In the BT Camera App you should choose "Yes" for Settings/Misc/Score Overlay Only (No Camera), then screen mirror the overlay onto your computer, and mix sony camera with overlay, plus livestream using OBS Studio.

I bought your apps i like it but our iphone main camera it is not working properly to our tab controller always disconnected. and once it is connected, live fb stream to our fb page is not working properly as well and logging all the time. The bluetooth also is not working. We bought separate wifi to our system to make all are synchronized but failed the connection to bt camera. Can you help us to continue your apps as we are running our small league and we need our viewer to see the scores live on our fb page. Thanks.
Hi @MBAJeddah, regarding connection issues, please first ensure you are using the most recent updates for both devices. Next, although it is rare, connection issues sometimes occurs if using older or cheaper version phone models as we have experienced in the past. Regarding livestream, it can be a number of issues, but please check your internet connection speeds versus the resolution and frame rate you are trying to stream at. If you try to stream HD with average internet speeds the video feed can freeze or drop off. In that case, you can try lowering your resolution and frame rate to "SD:30". That said, connection issues always involve many factors. Please email ken@basketballtemple.com details of your phone models, operating system versions, and if you can provide any video of the issues happening. Thank you.
Ok thank you.. we will try to do it as per your prescribed.. by the way, the bt controller tab we have is Huawei matepad 10 as bt controller, bt camera is iphone 13 promax, i tried to use my Huawei P30 Pro as bt controller recently but the same error in connecting appeared and not able to connect, the same with my matepad 10.. just one time we able to connect and also live stream to fb page (lowest bit rate selected) but cant go through it, we tried different wifi even bought 5g router with strong signal but the same issues come up.. hope this will help to improve the apps.. i will send email for the update once we tried it fix it again.. thank you so much..

In the most recent version of the app, click the bottom right video settings icon, there should be a setting to hide timers. It is not shown in this video.

Mirror the BT Basketball Camera app onto the computer somehow (if you have Apple laptop with M2 chip can run app directly on laptop), and create a capture window where the BT Basketball Camera app is running. 3. Within the BT Basketball Camera app set it to "Overlay Only (No Camera)" mode within the settings/misc. 4. Connect BT Basketball Remote Controller, and BT Basketball Scoreboards as usual to the BT Basketball Camera app for score synchronization (optional). 4. Crop and composite the BT Basketball Camera app window on to the external camera source. 5. RTMP stream and record directly in OBS Studio, not in the BT Basketball Camera app.
You find the Uri and stream key on your youtube and facebook accounts. Once you have those parameters, you enter it into your phone, not pc. The video shows all the steps.
We are getting a lot of requests for this feature so we'll look into seeing if it's possible to build this into the app. In the mean time, you may use external software such as OBS studio on a laptop to use an external camera and mix in the score overlay from the phone app.
Hi @Bhongsniper18, first, please make sure there is a green check next to "Connect video source" as shown in the video at time 11:12. Next, we did not show it in the video, but you also need to complete steps "Complete post details" by giving you livestream a title and description. Once that is complete, on the bottom left there should be a button called "Start Test", click that to begin the test. After that you may need to click one more button to officially go live. The "Go Live" should turn green after.
Hi Nathalie, yes you may, but it is recommended to at least use the BT Basketball Controller app to remotely control the BT Basketball Camera. If you have a different scoreboard you will need to manually work to keep the score and time synchronized.

It may not be possible to find it on the Facebook app. You'll need to find it on the laptop following instructions in this vido. Once you have the stream key, it should be the same and you don't need your laptop for future streams.

You can synchronize multiple BT Camera apps on different devices to the same score, however they would be saved to different files and streamed separately. In other words, there's not combining multiple camera into one feed at the moment.
Hi, you only need the PC, laptop one time to retrieve the URL and the key. Once you have that entered in the phone or written down, you may just use your phone by itself.

Yes, if you are using the camera app stand alone then hold down on the team name to get an edit pop up window. If you are using it with the BT Basketball Controller remote, you may change it in the controller app and it will synchronize with the camera app.
You need two more green check marks for "Complete Post Details" and "Go Live", we did not cover this in the tutorial because it was just a test stream. Please download the most recent updates to the app. Also, if using iPhone or iPad, please install only one app on the phone at one time and launching it at least once before installing another app. For example, instal BT Controller first, launch at least once, then you can install the scoreboard.
Also, make sure you connect from the BT Controller to the BT Camera, not from the BT Camera to the BT Controller. The BT Controller is the central unit.

How to find RTMPS URL and stream key on the mobile Facebook app? Do I need another device?
It may not be possible to find it on the Facebook app. You'll need to find it on the laptop following instructions in this vido. Once you have the stream key, it should be the same and you don't need your laptop for future streams.

Yes you may. In settings, 'misc' tab there will be options to add as many slides as you want.

What it seems to be the problem in connecting the bt camera to bt controller always error in connecting 😔😔
Please download the most recent updates to the app. Also, if using iPhone or iPad, please install only one app on the phone at one time and launching it at least once before installing another app. For example, instal BT Controller first, launch at least once, then you can install the scoreboard.
Also, make sure you connect from the BT Controller to the BT Camera, not from the BT Camera to the BT Controller. The BT Controller is the central unit.
I did this set up also but still not connecting. latest update of the apps is not showing, unlike other app automatically it will appear in the apps store the latest update.. is there any way to update the latest version if any the version we have is V3.1.7. Thank you for the reply..
I tried to purchase the app and download again the bt camera to my android phone but google apps store also prevent me to purchase the apps, my google card was wasted.. 😢

How can i get stream key on a facebook mobile
We're not aware if you can do it on the mobile app. We've seen users have the facebook website on their phone and get the stream key in that method.
Can we change the score in the app without a BT scoreboard or controller?
Yes, you can change it directly in the app. Please see screenshots on the app store for the built-in score controls.
