I love their struggles with the load-bearing cubchoo. This game is such an experience.
I'm convinced every copy of s/v has its own unique set of glitches. Mine is that sometimes when I do a picnic the table doesnt spawn. So when I try to make a sandwich the ingredients either fall into the void and count as placed or go ragdolling into the void and count as dropped depending on the will of the universe. The only way to fix it is to close and reopen the game. It is incredible to behold. It even happens in multiplayer, my partner and I checked.
Mine is that sometimes I jump and...don't land. It stays like that for about 20 seconds before respawning me
I get both the picnic table one and the stuck mid jump glitches.

If I've learned anything from this video, it's that Jan is not used to Gen7 and onward gimmicks, and honestly? I don't blame him.
I've also learned that Beartic is a universe buster. Its mere existence tears apart the fabric of Scarlet and Violet (which albeit, may be an unimpressive feat in the grand scheme of things).
At this point I'm beginning to wonder if I bought the wrong game, because the only real big technical problems I've had in Scarlet and Violet were in online Tera Raids. Otherwise, only some small hiccups and overall way more smooth than I would have been led to believe.

Honestly, I'm not even sure if we can really blame GF's short dev time on that. Like, even after almost a full year of people ragging on the game's bugs and glitches, this is the first time I've seen this kind of glitch happen to _anyone._ Odds are that would've slipped through the testing even with a longer dev cycle if it's this rare and unreplicateable.

I always get jumpscared by the frame rate of scarlet and violet
I mean, if you get jumpscared at the same rate the scarlet and violet runs, your heart will still be racing by the time Alpharad drops another Nuzlocke video.
I think that this video shows something interesting about their respective Nuzlocking styles. Alpharad's gung-ho YOLO style, when tempered with strategic wit, is actually better for regular, unhacked Pokemon games, whereas Jan's meticulously planned style is good for Kaizo hacks but actually holds him back in vanilla play.
I love how Jan went from being very knowledgeable about Pokemon and telling people what they do wrong... to getting trolled by other RUclipsrs

Regarding Alpha’s Lokix against Geeta, no Pokémon on her team resists Bug (except Glimmora, but it always Teras away it’s resistance), and every Pokémon that’s neutral to Bug is weak to Fighting. So you only need 2 types to have complete super-effective coverage for her whole team. (And Alpha’s Lokix has moves for both those types)

That fucking Onix clip is a cornerstone of your career as a Poketuber. It's not even an in-joke you can't live down, at this point it's part of your foundation. The narrative of your journey back into Pokemon as an adult starts from that moment.
