Did you use Geolayers or something similar to customize it?
Nope, not GEOlayers. I used a website called Snazzy Maps to create the custom look. Go check it out!

To solve the map scaling issue, you only parent the paper (top layer) to the map layer. But what happened to the copied displacement layer (3rd layer)?
