Yay I always love your vids! also, the hand pain may be a little bit of carpal tunnel syndrome. I get pain in the same area after typing for a long time or on car rides. If any swelling in your carpal tunnel is compressing your median nerve, it will cause pain over the thenar eminence of your hand (and sometimes tingling). A little bit of ice, NSAIDs, and stretching can go a long way!
You can google ‘phalen’s test’ and then look up specific stretches, too. (I’m a med student lol).

Aw thank you for asking! It came back normal!!! However, I am going for a Cardiac MRI in a week to determine the procedure I’ll need to repair my heart valve 😭
