I agree. It's too easy for feminists to define themselves as anti-men and blame all their problems on men. It's much harder to actually be helpful and supportive of their fellow women.
This video was not at all what I expected it to be. When I clicked on it I expected it to have tons of views. It's a divisive topic and it's refreshing to hear someone finally address it with altruism and pragmaticism that isn't politically charged. It's so easy to just join one of the sides.
I also expected a much longer video, but you kept your point straightforward. Maybe repeated points are what create an echo chamber, so props on that front.
Keep talking. Hopefully more people will be able to hear things like this in the future.

I agree with most everything you said, and you are correct about the current state of the cultural conversation. While your nuanced approach is a nice change of pace, it is also an antiquated approach that didn't work the first time we tried it. I don't know how old you or your viewers are, but we (non far leftists now in their early 40's) did attempt this conversation almost a decade ago. For proof of this look to early videos (if you can still find them) from Shoe, Amazing Atheist, Skeptic, Sargon, Chris Raygun, etc. All of them were forced to either harden their stance, recant their position, or withdraw from the public conversation. That "fake" type of feminism beat the now almost nonexistent "real" feminism, and that's the world we now live in. Most of those men you mentioned who talk about feminism and "don't care about their reputation" didn't start that way. Best of luck to you.
