Prices wrt to liberty hill area is high :O its too far from Austin. the interest rates are all time high, schools are not that much highly rated :/ , more than 1M is too much for the area!

Can you do a tour of 100 rosetta loop? I haven't had a chance to go look at it in person

@@Hahagtg I just had two clients buy on Rosetta Loop! I will try to get a video. For pricing, we are in a non disclosure state and so I cannot publicly state their sold price. But shoot me a message if you need help. I’ll keep putting home tours on here! Also, better Internet is coming soon. I just had a closing in the homestead section of Santa Rita 3 weeks ago and their Internet is incredible.

It’s a nice house but definitely doesn’t look worth more than 1 million. I just sold a house (last year) that wasn’t much different from this (in DFW) and the cost didn’t come close to that. This is a very popular layout that a lot of builders are using now.

Very bad layout. I didn't like anything. Not my thing at all.

Interesting. This is one of the most popular plans in Austin. Anything specific you did not like about it?

@@RajSahoo I don't know why Americans like this. You enter the house and come across a staircase. Narrow corridors in which it is impossible for two people to separate and there are many of them, but this area disappears and is not used in any way. There is a laundry room under the stairs without natural ventilation, a guest toilet that will not be easy for guests to find. Two stairs - why? This area is also not used, but you will pay for it. I could go on and on...
