In Texas we make the decision to put in a pot filler early in the building process as the plumbing is set in before we pour our foundation slab! Let me know if you retro fit one in your house.

That steel frame glass door is a baauty Chris! *8FT is the standard door and it's 10FT with the optional transome.

That's a great idea! Especially for those of us with older parents coming to visit or live with us.
And for a less expensive option, you can do the chair that lifts you up and down the stairs on the railing.
