I’ve got to say, I’m starting to enjoy this little game we’ve begun to play, Netflix. The one where I try to get your attention to open my application and you stand quiet and stoic...like a castle that needs to be taken...that sounds weird...quiet and stoic like a Golden Eye mission needing to be completed. Wait, does “stoic” only apply to people? Can a place or thing be stoic? 🤔

Really interesting! A valid point expressed by another listener is the fact that it'd be amazing to hear more about the recruitment process for other kind of roles too (ie I work in media and advertising and would therefore be interested in hearing more about this field). Thanks!

Okay I'm curious how to apply for a job as a translator for Croatian subtitles for Netflix.
Lots of your shows for eg. Lucifer don't have Croatian subtitles at all upon release date.
And it's kind of annoying to have a show released and not being able to watch it right away...
I mean I know English obviously but there's people that don't and can't watch it right away.

what if people disagreed with the feedback given? is there room for discussion? a manager might think someone's doing something that's not good, but there might be a valid reason why he/she did it in that way.
What disagreement could be with Big Brother? See point that manager could hire every adept without a reason.
