Its interesting watching someone go through the motions while learning to skate. I appreciate you sharing, it shows that skating is hard, but once you start to get the hang of it, its a lot of fun. Landing your first tricks is exhilarating!

I wish I have this in my town. That’s so sick
few small tips, your knees don't have to be bent all the time, you can easily get the hang of when to just by watching skate videos yourself and seeing when they do (the more you get use to it the more you'll be able to stand on the board as opposed to seeming crouched while skating)
DO NOT be scared to send it, a large part of skateboarding is commiting when something seems scary whether that be gaps, obstacles, or just learning tricks.
Never be scared to go to a public park and practice, more often than not you'll get more people trying to help than judging what you're doing
Last but not least, always remember to have fun, if you're not then what are ya doin lol. Glad to see more women getting into the sport of skateboarding.

what bothers me the most is the fact that they built this recently for skaters and everyone to have fun just for people to ruin it with graffiti. its so disappointing. this spot is beyond sick and I wish we had one in California. I wouldn't take it for a granted one bit. remember to respect your parks. respect others.
