I love it. You managed to capture the sense of calm and beauty of the quieter pieces, as well as the overwhelming awe and frantic panic of the fighting tracks! All without losing your own style and becoming just a cloned version of them. When listening to this, you know this is that epic experience, but you also know that this is good ol' Alex narrating it through the music. I specially liked Revived Power and the prologue sneaking at the end, relieving the tension and leaving us with the sensation that this endind isn't the end. Or at least that's what it made me feel

I don't know why I don't try to apply for more things, that's something I'm working on this year. Sometimes the thought of composing in the industry is daunting because you have to know the business and there's more to it than just writing music...I'm basically just self taught and work from my own computer. There are composers who learn all this stuff through proper music courses from colleges and universities, and who also study under people with industry experience. I feel like they will all probably have an edge over me. But it's no excuse to deter, I'm never one to be stop because something seemed difficult.
Alex Roe I totally understand that. Been a visual artist for years, a mentor of mine in the industry has been pushing me to go pro as a concept artist. I get worried the pressure will stomp the passion too. I wish you luck though, you're a talented individual and those are always in high demand.
Yeah I would also worry the pressure would ruin the passion, but I'd hope years of experience would be able to take it. If you think industry is where you wanna be, totally go for it! I sometimes don't know what my dream position would be but really I just want to be happy doing what I do and hopefully getting to be a part of projects I care about.
