You didn’t even follow the directions..... had you followed the directions it wouldn’t be taking several coats or cans because it specifically tells you to leave it on a minimum of 20 minutes and up to 45 minutes before scrubbing it off (not suppose to just rinse it off) so given all that info I’d say all in all that it apparently worked pretty good considering u only left it on 1/4 of the labeled instructions time and u didn’t do any scrubbing lol that’s just my observations....
Yes it will so be very careful with it it could damage the primer quickly. I would only use it if your planning on just stripping all of it off at once
why does the piece look wet.. this uses a chemical acid to remove the paint.. water neutralized the acid.. would have worked better if the part was dry and warm. it doesnt work well in cold either
I would not trust doing it. I only use that stuff on metal surfaces. And from what I've heard you can't even buy it anymore. So I need to make a new video, LOL.

THANK YOU. This is what I was looking for.
Thanks for posting....and even if you are outside I'd suggest wearing a respirator, stripper can be nasty stuff inside your lungs! Be safe!
Is this the new formula without dichloride methylene?
No it's the the old stuff i guess.
Will it remove oil based spray paint?
It will remove oil based spray paint but you have to be very careful with what you put it on it will damage other stuff very quickly
One video shows a stripped rim, them he primed 3 coats ,then 3 coats of 2k clear coat, they looked new!
Will it remove primer from my good paint underneath

Thanks man
Air craft remover is the best by far
Cool stuff 👍 you need to get out filming with tim let’s see who’s more scared lol lol 😂
We plan on doing some videos together very soon. Thank you for watching
have to try everything cause it all sucks anymore. they took away methylene chloride. one of the best I ever used was Eastwood down to metal.

Do you think this will take old paint off nubuck??????
If your talking about the leather shoe material, I think it would eat it. I would not do it.
@@cunninghamgarage2074 no its more like a suede material

@@cunninghamgarage2074 😅 thanks for the info.. Ill pass by autozone and see if they have anything, if not then I'll use rubbing alcohol
Where did u buy?
I picked it up from AutoZone but you can pick it up pretty much anywhere Walmart Advance Auto O'Riley's everyone carries it.
@@cunninghamgarage2074 I can't find this anywhere
What places have you looked so far
@@cunninghamgarage2074 it's discontinued I think because of one of the chemicals in it
You can also use this stuff Klean-Strip Aircraft Non-Methylene Chloride Paint Remover I've used this before and it's just as good. Hope this helps you
I tried 2 can now and neither would spray
I purchased this aircraft remover, in a gallon, to use on my airplane. After I got home and read the directions, it said, DO NOT USE ON AIRCRAFT 😳
If that doesn't work, I'm in trouble, cause that's what I'm going to do, with new tires on too!!
I really wouldn't recommend doing it with tires on the wheels it made damage the rubber
@@cunninghamgarage2074 what if I tape the tire well, would that be ok?
Even with the tire taped up I would still be worried about it seeping through and damaging the rubber
Did this guy even shake the can once?
Lemme find out he doesn't shake off when he takes a piss. Prolly just stands up and drip dries #BINGBONG
What a waste. Used WAY more than needed.
