    Great video. My passenger wing window bottom bolt sheared off and i'm going to fix it soon. This video helped a lot. Put a little lubricant on that old window crank assembly LOL.

    Excelente video! Muchas gracias por compartirlo!. Esta semana hablé en toms y wh4x4 y desafortunadamente el kit vent windows está agotado.

    I’ve been following this build from the beginning and I’m so excited to see it running. When I first started watching my wife was expecting our first child….now we have a 18 month year old crazy little girl 😂😂

    Appreciate all the videos you posted. Definitely helping me with my project. Do you have any videos showing the door handle install - both inside and out. I am having a hard time figuring out the install of the rods. Thank you.

      Thank you! I don't think we did much of a video on that because of the tight area it would be hard to show. Good luck on your build.

      @@JasonJonieBuilds Are the 66 window regulators the same as all other years? Wondering if I can use regulators from a 73 for a 66.

    • @JasonJonieBuilds
      @JasonJonieBuilds  Год назад +1

      @@almullowney662 I am not positive about that but I know I have a parts door that was a later model and the regulator would work. I think there might be a threaded hole in the regulator rather than using a clip to secure the handle.

    Great video! I wish I had this as a resource when I redid my doors and glass last year. I think I suffered some PTSD watching some of the steps. I held my breath along with you when you lowered the window frame into the door. I was right there with you! Lol!
    The black really pops against that green.

    Jason,
    Does the tip of the rear window runner for under the top window frame and then is compressed by the lower bolt for the top window frame?
    Thanks,
    Bill

      Bill I am sorry but I am having a hard time following the question.

    • @williamblair2934

      @@JasonJonieBuilds sorry Jason, I was thinking it was a bad question. Maybe this is better.
      The rear channel by the locking mechanism, I saw you screw in the bolt on the bottom hole, where does the top part screw into? I installed my window frame prior to the door hardware. I saw that you placed the rear window channel in first and then lowered the top window frame down in. Is the slot on he top of the rear window channel underneath against the door skin with the frame on the inside compressing the rear window channel against the door skin ?
      I hope that helps.

    • @JasonJonieBuilds
      @JasonJonieBuilds  8 месяцев назад

      @williamblair2934 Yes, it is a little tricky but the window track tab will go under the frame. It does pinch between the frame and skin.
